In the heart of Old San Juan, district of fashion, writers, jazz clubs, live and movie theaters (English speaking) and museums; close to the El Morro, El Castillo San Cristobal and La Plaza De Armas, this one bedroom is a dream location for holidays or a work spell in the city of lights! Located in Caleta de las Monjas street a residential neighborhood, calm and safe yet lively (cafés, restaurants, boutiques, pastry shops, bars and music). Inside: Perfect for 4 people, it is nevertheless agreeable for up to 5 people for a short stay. One bedroom with full size bed and a convertible sofa will comfortably sleep 2 more guests; another armchair and low tables furnish the living space along with beautiful peaces of art the owners proudly collect and share with guests. The kitchen, convenient designed, has all necessary amenities: table and chairs for 4, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, refrigerator and microwave oven will make your stay very comfortable.

Well kept, stylish, conveniently located!

My four friends and I had a great stay at this apartment! The inquiring/booking process was quick and smooth, and the owner kept us well-updated so that when we arrived at the apartment, nothing was unexpected; the inside was well furnished, keeping in touch with the aged, historical style of the area. As we had five people, we had to pull out the double air mattress, but to our disappointment, there was a hole and by the morning, the mattress had completely deflated. Although there was no internet access, there was a radio for entertainment and a water purifier attached to the sink nozzle (which relieves those with concerns about Puerto Rican water). The best aspect of the apartment was its location! We were basically in the heart of Old San Juan, literally steps away from the San Juan Cathedral, restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. A little on the pricey side, but at the end of the stay, our group was in agreement that it was great.
