4 bedroom home with spectacular golf views from both the front and back of the home. Quiet cul-de-sac setting. 5 minute bike ride to the beach.

This 4 bedroom home offers an open floor plan great for family and friends as well as all new furnishings, all new bedding, all new kitchen appliances and cookware, and spectacular golf views from both the front and back of the home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this Kiawah Island vacation home is perfect for sitting on the front porch rockers and watching the golfers as they play.

Sparrow Hawk is only a short distance to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach. Enjoy the 5 minute bike ride along the trail to the unmatched beauty of our shore. Kiawah Island offers about 30 miles of bike trails to get you where you want to go on the island. Enjoy the world class golf courses on the island and the tennis facilities during your stay. For the fishermen, Bohicket Marina is nearby which offers offshore and inshore fishing charters as well as sailing excursions. Historic Charleston is also a top attraction to the area and is only a 45 minute drive away. Enjoy fine restaurants, antiquing, historic sites, and the harbor as your visit

the city.

Through the front door you will feel right at home. A sitting area for relaxing and enjoying some southern sweet tea is to the left and the dining room with seating for 6 is to the right. The living room has a flat screen TV and provides lots of natural lighting through many windows. French doors lead you out to the back deck with gas grill and plenty of room for out door dinning while enjoying golf course and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and offers an additional table for dining.

The master bedroom with flat screen TV has a king size bed with high quality bedding and invites you onto the deck through French doors where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the golfers. The large master bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a large counter space, a glass shower, and jetted tub. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your holiday attire.

This home also has 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV's,dvd player, and private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.

The 4th bedroom is in the large room upstairs and has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, 32” flat screen TV, dvd player, and private bath with shower/tub combo.

This home also provides many board games for family fun and internet is offered. Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.

Non-refundable damage waiver fee of $45 will be charged for each reservation.

I can't say enough about 234 Sparrow Hawk. This is a simply AMAZING rental property. This year was our second year at this house, and the amenities are simply wonderful. They literally have everything you could want and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is modern, the views from the house are outstanding, and they even have multiple sets of beach equipment.<br/><br/>We will definitely be returning!
