We are from Louisiana and have been vacationing to this area for many years with our 4 sons. We enjoy the change in climate...especially in the summer!
We love the beauty of the surrounding mountains, the privacy, the deer and elk that wander around the ranch, fishing on the Blue River, snowmobiling in the ranch and the White River National Forest just 1 mile away, and central location to Steamboat, Winterpark, Keystone, Breck, Copper, and Vail.
Peace and Quiet and Relaxation!
Summer months-biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting, ATV, sight seeing...all in ranch
