It's a cozy and warm home with three bedrooms, two baths... just three miles from Mendocino Village... with an open-space living area, a library (with a view) and lots of view windows.
... sit back on the comfortable chairs and sofas... or on the deck or in the hot tub... relax, and marvel in the views.
The Point Cabrillo lighthouse, on the other side of the small bay, can be mesmerizing... and the cove - with its history of The Frolic shipwreck - is just steps away ... but you'll have to share Whale Song with feathered friends... and maybe a whale or two.
