We offer a charming historic country house on 36 acres of wooded land located in historic Clarke County, Virginia. Come enjoy Historic Clarke County! We are located about an hour and a half west of Washington, DC, 20 minutes west of Middleburg, VA and 20 minutes east of Winchester, VA.
Amenities include a large wrap around porch, a deck with a hot tub, grill and hiking trails plus we are minutes from the famous Locke Country Store, Burwell-Morgan Historic Mill and the Shenandoah River.
The house has been completely renovated (with central air/heat). Upstairs has 2 master bedrooms with one full in-suite bathroom & on half in-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms, a den & another full bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with a state of the art coffee machine that grinds and serves up wonderful cups of Costa Rican coffee.
The dining room seats up to ten people and has a fireplace. The living room is large with comfortable
seating and a flat screen TV including a DVD & Wii.

The Blue Hill mascot -- a retriever/lab mix named Gus! Gus belongs to Dan and Alexandra and lives in the cottage not the main house. The guest cottage is a separate house from the main house.
