Relax and kick back in our tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1407 sq foot split floor plan home.Our single level home is located in the quiet, safe, family community of Johnson Ranch. It's an easy,short 20 min. commute from the Phoenix- Mesa Gateway Airport, and 45 min.from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Featured everywhere inside the home are cathedral ceilings giving it a spacious, open feeling. Outside boasts a beautiful backyard view near the 2nd hole of the golf course. Enjoy sitting under the covered patio with your favorite beverage, or bask in the sun on the extended outdoor patio. Take a dip in the BRAND NEW luxurious 6 man hot tub after a busy day of shopping or golf. When hunger sets in, enjoy a delicious meal prepared from the outdoor grill. Entertaining or preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen is easy, as the open floor plan allows for everyone to interact. The great room is comfy and cozy with ample seating. The coffee table converts to a table top to allow you to enjoy snacks while watching TV on the 42' flat screen.

Each bedroom is decorated in its own unique style.

Open the double doors of the master suite and experience a lodge- like retreat with a southwestern twist. You can't help but notice the pine log california king bed, where you can watch TV on the 32' flat screen. The en suite has a soaker tub, separate shower ,and double sinks. There is plenty of room for your clothes in the walk-in closet. The 2 guest rooms are located in the front part of the home and share the main bathroom. Both have vaulted ceilings,good sized closets and new, comfortable queen beds. One room is decorated with a hotel - like theme, and the 2nd with a cottage chic- like touch.The washer and dryer are located in the hallway behind closet doors.

There is something for everyone here in the Valley of the Sun; the shopper to the sports fan/athlete to the performing arts buff.

We have provided brochures and information at our home to help get you started, as well as wireless internet service.

About The Owner

We live in Moose Jaw ,Saskatchewan Canada,and find that winters can be cold and long. We hope to eventually spend more time ourselves in our home.

Why The Owner chose San Tan Valley

We chose San Tan Valley because of the slower paced ,relaxed atmosphere, easy access to and from the Mesa airport and for the abundance of SUNSHINE!

What makes this bungalow unique

Johnson ranch is a friendly community with amenities galore- to mention a few, golf,tennis, swimming, fishing ,pitch and putt ......) and social events that run throughout the entire year (chili cook-off meet Santa etc.) We love to get up in the morning,enjoy a coffee on the patio, and go for a walk and discuss what we want to do for the day.

Great stay in the San Tan Valley

We had a great stay in a very clean well equipped home. The house and the yard exceeded our expectations. It made our six week stay very enjoyable. The owners Rick and Paula were friendly and accessible. No need to look anywhere else! Highly recommended!!
