When we had an "emergency" of a dead safe battery at midnight the night before we left, Monica was there at 8:00 the next morning to save us. Second, the condo was extremely clean. The furnishings were very new and were things I would likely have in my own home rather than the cheaper furnishings you sometimes find in other rentals. Third, the location, only a 1/2 block from Kool and Mamitas is hard to beat.

Our stay at the Playa Inn was wonderful . Everything was new and clean, we had everything needed for our comfort down to the final details with comfortable beds, leather sofas, internet, cable tv and a ipod station. The location was excellent 1 block from the beach and two of the most popular beach clubs Mamita's and Kool and 1 block from the 5th avenue a pedestrian only street full of great restaurants and shops. The condo is very quiet and spacious with a full time yard keeper and security.

This condo was a fantastic choice for us. The location was perfect. From here we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It is close to many popular restaurants, and only a block from some of the most beautiful beach in town. Right around the corner is a small internet cafe where we met some fun people for morning coffee, and lots of restaurants a block over on 5th Ave. It was easy to grab a taxi when we wanted to go a little farther for other local activities.

The condo was well maintained, very clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. Bottled drinking water was provided, along with free wifi, all the kitchen amenities we needed, nice bath towels and beach towels. Our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The manager is not located on site, but is very easy to contact if you have questions or any problems, and happy to help in any way.

It's a quiet building with a secure gate to the courtyard where there is a shower to wash off sand from the beach, and a very well maintained small swimming pool. From there we walk up to the second floor where our condo unit was located. Because of that, this unit may not work for you if you need handicap access. There is a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard, and another balcony that overlooks the street where you can sit and catch a glimpse of the ocean between the palm trees. The condo its self was very spacious.

We traved with our teenagers and felt very safe and secure in this building. Local people all over town were very kind, and we felt very welcome in Mexico. We had a fantastic Christmas vacation, and I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.

This condo is perfect! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and 5ta avenida, very spacious, clean, and beautiful.
Everything was working properly and we had great customer service: Monica is very helpful. I stayed with my family and we all loved it. I will definitely stay here again and recommended to my friends.

We rented in May 2011. That was what we wanted! I want to add just ... we always enjoyed to come back from beach or one day trip.

Technically speaking ... great apartment (condo), good place (close to beach, out of noisily road, close to 5 th avenue).
