This was an all around SUPER vacation. The condo was excellently decorated and very clean. I spoke with other vistors who did not share the same experience as me and my family did. Tanya was great to work with. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to the exact same condo. No need to ever look around. Beach was so much more private. When you look up and down the beach at other units the beaches were packed. They were great about your chair rentals and making sure others were not in front of you blocking your view etc.
I was very satisfied! No hidden fee! No problem getting my deposit back. Very quick!!
Can't wait to book again next 4th of July!!

Beautiful Condo and Beach! Tons of activities for Family Fun. Our Family really enjoyed the large balcony and washer\dryer in the unit. The Unit had tons of room for comfort and relaxation. The unit came furnished with beach toys and boogie boards. Our boys loved it!

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Views from very large balcony were outstanding and sound of surf wonderful. Very quiet, private parking space, and private beach with amenities. Condo spacious and comfortable, plus has washer and dryer. Many restaurants nearby and also Pier Park, the new place to stroll, shop,
eat, or go to movies on Panama City Beach.
If you enjoy spectacular views, including dolphins cavorting in the translucent
green Gulf water, this is the condo for you. We loved it and really enjoyed our
three month stay here. Condo was casual and well-equipped. Really did not need to bring anything but our bags.
Cannot say enough about spectacular views of ocean, sunsets, and sunrises.
Patio large and wonderful place to lounge or eat. Condo was clean, well-maintained and the owner great. Take a vacation and come here! You won't regret it and will leave, no matter how long you stay, refreshed and reinvigorated.
Like us, you will plan to return for another leisurely vacation.

I would not stay in this unit again!

I was very disappointed in this unit. The carpet was absolutely nasty. I took rugs and put them over the biggest stains but the rugs were dirty also. The washing machine was broke and no one came to fix it till Friday (the day before we left). There was also no internet access so I had to go to the office on the sixth floor to get access. They also need to have carts to bring your things up to the room.
Owner's Response: We want each guest that we do business with to walk away feeling satisfied and have fond memories of their vacation in Panama City Beach. We take all of the appropriate measures to ensure our guests satisfaction and are only a telephone call away to address any issues that may occur during their stay, since we live in Panama City Beach. We have had hundreds of guests throughout the years who would be happy to attest to our responsiveness. Unfortunately, carpets become very worn during the high season as this unit has been reserved for the past 10 weeks without interruption and cannot be cleaned until the first break, which will be later this month. This guest was also made aware that the washing machine needed to have a part ordered and when it arrived, the guests rejected the service tech to repair the machine! I think everyone would agree that it is hard to repair a machine if it took a few days to get the part in and then the guest would not allow the technician to enter!
Complimentary wi-fi service is included with most of our properties and is advertised as such. Complimentary wi-fi service is not offered with this unit and it was never advertised as such. We are sorry of any confusion.
