Breeze Terrace Lake House Vacation Rental is a scenic, revitalizing retreat from everyday life, located in the Highland Lakes area on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ (the northern arm of Lake LBJ between Kingsland and Inks Lake). This home is unique with its rustic feel, lush vegetation and tiered landscaping. Experience a quaint European villa atmosphere at this comfortable two-story, 4 bedroom home.

Breeze Terrace sits on the most sought after spot on Lake LBJ, The Upper Colorado Arm. Steps leading down to the water invite you to a boardwalk great for swimming or fishing, a covered boat dock with electric lift and dual jet ski ramp. A set of steps lead into the water providing easy access for all ages, including your family pet.

A private veranda front entry opens into game room with pool table, seating area and tv, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and lake view balcony. Downstairs with the living area, dining area, kitchen and eating area all in one - featuring saltillo tile. The two bedrooms, third full bath/laundry complete the downstairs. French doors and windows span the back of the home, revealing a wonderful view of the lake and beautiful sunsets.

We have stayed at Breeze Terrace 4 times and we love it!! It is the perfect place for our family, with plenty of room to eat, sleep and play!! We have tried others, but keep coming back to this one!!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great ladies trip!!!

Great place for large group for the price... the best part,,,, house, yard and swimming area in shade almost all day. Swimming area only in sun in the morning,,,,, This was a ladies only trip for a weekend and first of the week,,,,, if you want to be there with all the action,,, boats,,, jet skis,,, go on the weekend,,,,, but if you want relaxing and great swimming,,,, go during the week..... Upper deck was great for breakfast,,,, relaxing,,,, Would certainly stay here again!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
