Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This wonderfully appointed townhouse is located within walking distance of the Castro and the Mission Districts. It occupies the top two floors of a four story building, above the street level garage. There is a private "elevette."

The views are fantastic from the master bedroom, living room and dining room. The two adjoining rear bedrooms look out to the private rear yard.

There are two king size beds and one queen. The queen bed is in the "media room" with a large flat screen. The master bedroom has it's own large screen TV.

The master bedroom has a bathroom that you'll absolutely love. The two rear rooms share a full bathroom.

On the top level there is a large living room, dining room (6-8), and professional kitchen. All the decks have views of The City and the Bay.

You will fall in love with this place. It's a great place to entertain or relax and enjoy the views.

My name is Matthew. I represent this property for a friend who occasionally uses it as a pied-à-terre. I lived here for several years but now live downtown.

Dolores Park is just down the block, perfect for walking the dog or enjoying our sunny days.

Amazing property -- views location and style!

This was the best place we have ever stayed through VRBO in the United States. The locations was perfect, right by Delores Park and an easy walk to the Castro and Mission. The views are spectacular. And the floor plan and style of the townhouse are fantastic. Having a computer and printer were an added bonus and being able to do work and emails looking at the Bay Bridge and skyline was fab.

The house, location and host all get 5 stars! We came together for a family weekend (two families each with two kids). The home is clean, beautifully appointed and stocked with everything you need. It's hard to believe, but the home is even nicer than the photos shown. The location is perfect for relaxing in Dolores Park, exploring the Mission, Castro, Hayes Valley and has easy access to Muni and BART placing the entire city at your doorstep. Last, but not least, Matt is super cool. He answered all of our questions and was willing to show me the house before we made the final choice. You can't do better than this home and host! We'll be back, for sure!

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was fabulous. The location with fabulous views of the city was perfect. It was well equipped with necessities and very clean. The decor was excellent. We would highly recommend it. Please note there are many flights of stairs so you must be ready for daily exercise.

Weekend With The Boys - Great Place, Friendly Manager and Super Accommodating

I don't like long-winded reviews so I will keep this brief:
- pictures do not accurately convey the size nor the awesomeness of this place
- before the weekend i was reluctant to stay the entire four nights. after night one i didnt want to go home
- it pretty much overlooks dolores park. so you can go and join all the other unathletic people of SF or you can go to bi-rite and get some ice cream. either way no one cares but it's awesome
- close to mission st and castro st. great restaurants and shops

do yourself a favor, stay here and pretend to be a baller for a weekend. blam!

This is a beautiful property that I've had the pleasure of staying at several times. The decor and furnishings are tasteful, modern, and comfortable. The house is fully equipped with all of your daily necessities in the kitchen and beyond. The house is quick and convenient to the Muni as well as Castro Street. The views are amazing and not to be missed. Can not say enough!

Stunning townhouse for a perfect vacation

This townhouse is better than any luxury hotel and offers a prime location between Dolores Park and Castro. The pictures do not do the place justice. The pride of ownership is obvious throughout the unit. There were six adults who stayed very comfortably for a week, and all of us were stunned by the views. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
