The condo was wonderful. We had a great time. The place was very nicely decorated. It was very clean and inviting. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know that plans a trip to the area. The owners were great to work with. We do plan a return trip. The condo is very close to the swimming pool and had easy access to the lake. The area was quiet. And a highlight for our grand daughter was when the ice cream truck came through the neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful mini vacation.

We had a great time with this rental! It fit our family of 5 comfortably. Easy to work with the owners. All around great experience!

Perfect home base to enjoy Lake Hamilton by day and then watch Olympics/TV & relax by night (after kids went to bed)! We rented a pontoon boat (Kahuna Bay 3 min. away) and we were able to load/unload at the cove/dock at the bottom of the hill from the unit. Pirates' Cove mini golf was ~3 minutes away by car and we enjoyed both courses. Kids used the swimming pool at the complex everyday! Condo was within a quick drive to Walmart, grocery store & numerous restaurants (we liked the Blue Monkey!)... and only a slightly longer drive (~12min) to downtown Hot Springs (we recommend breakfast at The Pancake Shop and everyone should tour Bath House row)! Condo was clean, stocked with essentials and complex amenities were exactly as described... we immensely enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your hospitality and the extra touches!

Had a wonderful stay here. could not ask for a better place to stay. We had two children ages 5 & 3, three adults. had plenty of room. The pool was great. First time I had not had to buy supplies for a rental

This was the perfect getaway for my family. The condo was amazing. The views were amazing and we loved the fact that we were close to everything. The beds were soft and and cozy and I fell into the couch and it was hard to get up it was so comfy. Everything listed for this listing was accurate and in most times better. Thank you so much I will tell my friends that is they are going to Hot Springs this is the place to stay. Mimi thank you for everything!!

We were very happy the minute we walked through the door. The condo is better than pictured and extremely inviting and welcoming. We really appreciate the extra throws to have that cozy home feel! The beds are comfortable as well as the sofa (which is a nice change from the usual). The bedroom was great with "Mood" lighting as a special touch. It was nice to have unexpected extras in the condo which isn't expected such as dish soap, salt/pepper, napkins, toilet paper, etc. It's fully stocked with the essentials. The pool is very nice and you can see the lake from there. Great access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. We especially want to thank the owners for allowing us an extra visitor. We can't thank you enough for that. I would only suggest storing personal items in a separate place so that it doesn't feel like we are renting your home for a week. We would prefer not to have so many personal belongings to make it feel more like our home for the week. Lastly, please consider adding WiFi. Wireless internet should be a staple for every rental. Our next rental must have it and we would love to come back again. As a business owner, it was especially challenging as I learned that TMobile Wireless doesn't work in Hot Springs. Overall, we do appreciate the stay and you really have a great place and a great value. You allowed us a vacation with our family that we wouldn't otherwise have! This is a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5-Stars.

4 adults stayed here the last weekend in March and we had one of the best weekends. The condo is beautiful and is in a great location. The owner Mimi couldnt of been nicer or more welcoming. We had everything we needed as if we were at our own homes. Everything was very inviting and the view from the back patio of the lake was breathtaking. If you are looking for a quiet place for a couples weekend or even a family vacation this is perfect and i would recommend it to anyone. Awesome property!!!

Nice unit close to everything. Only issue was bed comfort. The queen bed was not bad but the full size in the smaller bedroom was not comfortable at all. Otherwise it was very nice.
