Luxurious 5 Bedroom 4Bath Home Directly on the Water in Old Town Key West

This beautiful 5 bedroom 3500 sq ft town home is located directly on the water at Garrison Bight, with direct access to Florida Bay. 'Paradise @ The Bight' has everything you'll need while you're in Key West: luxurious accommodations, a dramatic water view from every floor, a private pool, your own boat slip, even a 2 car garage. You'll have your own little world, but you'll also be walking distance from all the restaurants and attractions of Old Town.

THE LIVING AREA...

On the ground floor, you'll find the large 2 car garage and a covered dining area near the pool. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the first living level. As you enter, you'll be struck by the openness and light, with sunlight streaming in from the sliding window walls that open to the large porch. The living area has plenty of room for everyone, with a large high-definition TV and a queen sleep sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances available and quite large, with plenty of room for the family chef (and kibitzers).

THE PRIVATE POOL AREA & PRIVATE BOAT SLIP...

Just a few steps from the back porch is the private pool, which is elevated for a better water view. You can also elect to have pool heat for $20 per day. There is an expansive patio and even a sheltered dining area. You can access the docks and your own private deep water boat slip via the back gate, which is lockable.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

The first bedroom is on the first level, with 2 twin beds and a private full bathroom. The second level can be reached by the elevator or stairs, and this is where you'll find the impressive master bedroom suite with king bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also on the second level, and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. On the third level there are two more bedrooms: the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The fifth bedroom has four twin beds! There is a full bathroom in the hall.

We had an extremely enjoyable week at Paradise @ Garrison Bight. This place was the perfect place for ten (10) old friends to stay while spending several days fishing in the keys. The house had all the amenities of a five star hotel. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously and would gladly stay here again.

Shel, the property manager, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone considering staying here.

What a View

What a place. From the moment we arrived, Shel was right there to greet us. He gave us the tour of the house and then went over the many attractions, places to eat, etc. Shel was awesome. I, being the one who needs to sleep with a fan, had requested one - and Shel hooked me up. Key West was awesome, the location of the house was great for me. You could walk to the restaurants and down to the main strip -- took about 20 minutes but if you like to walk, that's the way to go. Paradise @ Garrison Bight was a beautiful house -- you couldn't ask for more - the view at night, the view during the day, everything was right there -- and if you didn't have something, all you had to do was call Shel and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend the house, the location, and definitely the fine restaurants in Key West. Thanks Shel for everything -- oh, and I have to say that there were 9 of us staying at the house -- Shel came back to say goodbye the morning we were packing up -- and he remembered everyone's name. Keep up the good work Shel - you are amazing!!! Thanks for making our stay a truly wonderful one.

Although we had some medical set backs we found Paradise @Garrison Bight perfect for our party of 10.The house was well stocked and maintained.There were some fridge issues which were handled in a timely manner.All of the bedrooms have there own bathrooms and TV's in each bedroom plus a central TV ,so everyone can have their own space.The pool and outdoor space are inviting and functional with a handy BBQThe elevator is a plus as we had elderly ladies with us,,it was also a quick way to transport luggage and groceries..Concerning our medical issues Shel was helpful and supportive.The staff of Last Key Realty went out of their way to accomadate us which we really appreciated.We will use this property in the future on our next visit to the Keys if we have a large party.Thanks again Norah

13 friends and I recently stayed at the Paradise at Garrison Bight and had an absolutey fantastic time! The house was absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff at Last Key Reality was a pleasure to work with leading up, and throughout our vacation. The large number of beds, and open living space was greatly appeciated by our large group; furthemore, the patios, pool area, and dock were great for entertaining. The house is perfectly located; short walk or cab ride away from Duval Street, and near stores for anything you would need. Not a single person in the group of 14 had a single complaint, or recommendation for improvement; the house was incredible!

We had an extremely enjoyable week at Paradise @ Garrison Bight. Shel was very accomodating and helpful with his Key West Knowledge.

Other than a quick visit to the grocery store, we didn't use our car rental at all. Our rented bikes for the week were our prime method of transport. My kids loved it.

My family had a blast and very much enjoyed the accomodations. I would recommend Paradise @ Garrison Bight to any visitors to Key West.

House once again was beautiful and spacious. Shel Segal, the manager was gracious and helpful. This is a great house to rent if you have a lot of people and don't want everyone on top of each other. A little pricey, but a great location and great view.

Thank You for such a lovley vacation experience! We had a large crew that we entertained all week, fun was had by all. The kitchen lacked large bowls and,serving dishes that was taken care of by the management. Shel was so accomidating, will rent from him again!!

The place was perfect, clean, beautiful and Shel and the Last Key Realty folks were more than I could ask for. On the water, close to town, close to bike rentals... + there's an elevator in the house.
