2BR/1.5BA townhome located in Truman Annex next to Mallory Square

'Eden @ The Annex' is a charming townhome in Truman Annex, a gated community located in the very heart of Old Town Key West. You'll be just steps from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer. Yet, this home is on a quiet pedestrian lane where you'll have all of the peace and quiet that comes with a gated community.

THE LIVING AREA...

The living room has a large double set of French doors so you can enjoy those wonderful tropical breezes, and a large Hi-Def flat screen TV for those evenings when you need a break from the excitement of Old Town. The sofa converts to a queen bed for the convenience of your guests. There's a dining table that seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef. You'll be able to dine outside on the sunny back deck after you've fired up some steaks on the large gas BBQ.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

Upstairs, the vaulted master bedroom has a queen bed & overhead fan with French doors to a private balcony. The vaulted second bedroom has 2 twins and overhead fan. The hall bathroom has twin vanities and a tub & shower.

THE COMMUNITY POOL & FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...

The community pool is right around the corner, with plenty of chaises. There is a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is less than a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.

Another great week in Key West

The property was as described and all that we expected. Its location was very convenient and is within walking distance of Mallory Square and Duval St. Also, it’s within a short bicycle ride to Higgs and Smathers Beaches. The beach at Fort Zach Taylor is within walking distance but if you go there take water shoes it's very rocky...but nice. We rented bicycles for the whole week and they came in really handy for getting around. The property was clean and for the greater part well maintained. The only issue we did have was with the cable TV and wireless internet, once reported these problems were resolved within 24 hours. Was nice having a grill at the property we cooked on it twice, bought our fish & shrimp at Eaton St Seafood Market. Lori provided great service to us providing discounts on activities (jet skis, bikes, sunset cruise) as well as recommendations on restaurants/pubs. The “Must Do’s” while in Key West…jet ski tour around the island, sunset cruise “Commotion on the Ocean” with Fury watersports, breakfast at the Blue Heaven, Key West Butterfly Conservatory and sunset at Mallory Square. Pubs we like…Green Parrot, Willie T’s, Durty Harry’s, Irish Kevin’s, Cowboy Bill’s to mention just a few. Restaurants we like…Red Fish Blue Fish, Sunset Peir, Conch Republic Seafood House. Will definitely consider renting again when we return to Key West. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives as well.

Eden @ The Annex

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Eden @ The Annex! Lori welcomed us and gave us a quick tour and offered her services for anything we needed. She helped us arrange a last minute fishing/dolphin watching trip that was terrific! The villa was clean, comfortable and had many amenities. The area was quiet and close to everything. We look forward to returning next year!

This was our first visit to Key West and our visit was incredibly enjoyable, a large part due to our stay at Eden at the Annex! The accommodations were exactly as described: very comfortable, very clean, and within walking distance to everything! What made our stay at the Eden at the Annex most memorable was the outstanding customer service from our Guest Services Manager! From the initial check-in email, maintenance call, and follow-up emails (including mailing back some forgotten clothing), Rachel was outstanding. She made our stay feel like a home, which is what “Home Away” is all about.

Lovely stay in Key West and Eden at the Annex

We are a family from Sweden that visited Key West for the first time. Me, my husband our two twins and my husbands parents. We loved everything with our stay. The house was perfect for us. The little backyard was a great place to relax with an barbecue and our twins could play around. The pool area was just around the corner and very nice. And not to be forgotten, our lovely neighbours. We highly recommend this place and Key West.
