'La Casa Azul' is a gorgeous historic home in the heart of Old Town on Carsten Lane, a very quiet one-way street near the summit of Solares Hill. You'll be just a block or two from Michael's Restaurant, Mangia-Mangia, Seven Fish and Azur. Duval Street is three blocks away, and Fort Zachary Taylor Park (with the prettiest beach in Key West) is only 7/10 of a mile down Southard Street. Even the supermarket is close by. In fact, all of Key West's best attractions are walking distance from this wonderful home, set on a peaceful lane.
THE LIVING AREA...
From the street, 'La Casa Azul' is a charming conch home, but it's only when you enter that you will realize how much home is hidden behind its pale blue walls. There are hardwood floors throughout. In the living room, the ceilings have been painstakingly detailed with wood coffering. The interior living area is open and airy, but walk through the four sets of French doors and you will be in an equally elegant outdoor pavilion. Either area has enough seating fro your whole group. The custom designer kitchen has Bosch & Miele appliances, granite countertops and designer finishes throughout. The dining area will accommodate six persons.

The beautiful heated pool is just a couple steps from the pavilion, surrounded by a brick patio, and lushly landscaped to assure privacy. The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the pool area for a quick shower.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
The master bedroom is located upstairs, with a king bed. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanities and large open shower. The second bedroom is on the main level, with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom has an elegant pedestal sink and tiled shower. The third bedroom is also on the main level, with a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom has direct access to the pool area.
