This property was exactly as described ... luxurious and tranquil. The house was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are very private and relaxing. David was very helpful and accomodating when booking and also during our stay. Would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Would definately return on a future Las Vegas vacation!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this house. We have rented a number of vacation homes, but Muldowney House is by far the most professionally-run and well-maintained home we have had the pleasure to stay in. David was a joy to work with, always prompt to return an email or phone call, never intrusive but willing to help with anything we needed. Payments were handled professionally and our deposit was returned the very next day.

The home is more beautiful than the photos portray. Spacious, sunny and open, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. With a fully-stocked kitchen, TV's in every bedroom, each bathroom generously supplied with quality linens and a blow dryer, nothing has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. We appreciated the thoughtful extra touches, such as placemats and cloth napkins, extra hangers and paper products (thank you!!), first-aid kit, - even a drawer stocked with neighborhood take-out menus and a "preferred customer" card for the local grocery store. Everything you need is here, so you can pack lightly.

The backyard is wonderfully private and relaxing, the pool and hot tub clean and well-maintained. Although not pictured, there is a lovely enclosed courtyard in the front of the house, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a book. Our little dogs loved it and I could feel confident that they were outside enjoying the sunshine, yet safe and protected.

I am confident in saying you will not find a better vacation home in Summerlin. It was truly the perfect "home away from home" and we can't wait to return. Thank you, David, for your wonderful hospitality and for sharing your home with us. It truly is "a special place."

We (5 adults, 2 children) really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was as promised, modern and fully functional, deposit was returned promptly the day after our stay. David was a pleasure to work with, met us at the house for a quick tour and he even located and returned a forgotten cellphone at no charge. Very spacious, private pool and spa area, enormous kitchen and TV in every room. Highly recommended!

This beautiful house is PERFECT for anyone who has a big group, wants to cook/entertain at the house and be close to Red Rock Reserve. We had a "destination Thanksgiving" in Vegas this year and the house was better than expected for our needs. It's wonderfully decorated, has a well-stocked kitchen, all the amenities you would want and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owners could not have been more responsive and gracious about my questions of the area. Summerlin is a great community if you want to be away from the Vegas Strip (but close enough to catch a cab if you want to go). We loved that we could bicycle from the house to Red Rock-it was safe and there were lots of cyclists on the road. Everyone in my family LOVED the house. Thanks so much David!

The home was more'beautiful' than the pics online. Your home speaks volumes of its owners for care taken to make it feel palace like *smile* AND to think of everything needed to make your home feel like you are at 'home' as a visitor. With bowling different times/consistent days its was a joy to get up and have some time to enjoy the house and then return to relax and pamper onesself in its comfy environment. Great time was had by all !! and when the tournament returns to Las Vegas you will be the first point of contact for 'repeat' at your home.....Thank you again and again !!!!!

We rented this place for our most recent rock climbing trip in Red Rock Canyon. The house location made it very convenient for climbing--just one exit down the freeway and then the short trip to the park entrance.

We had seven people in our party and the house very comfortably accommodated all of us. We made great use of the spa and pool. The owners are great and are really responsive to any problems that we had. For our next Red Rock trip we will definitely try to rent this house again.

What an amazing property! We had a terrific time and did not want our vacation to end. This home has the best furnishings and is superbly decorated. Pots and pans looked brand new and the backyard pool area was to die for...very relaxing. The house was clean and the owners were very accommodating and easy to reach for questions. We can't wait to return!

We just spent 3 days at this wonderful home located near Summerlin. The house is beautiful and the listing accurately describes this absolutely lovely home. The home is even nicer than the pictures and we appreciated how the home is maintained and appointed. We had 4 adults and 1 toddler and there was more than enough room for everyone. The den/kitchen works great for little ones and the single story arrangement of the home made staying with a toddler very easy. The pool and spa are very pretty and the outside patio area was especially nice. The owner David was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with, answering any questions we had promptly and responsively. The home is only about 20 min from the strip, near shopping in Summerlin in a quiet very upscale neighborhood.Red Rock Casino close by as well. I absolutely would recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful home to stay in while in Vegas, families or couples getting together for a fun Vegas holiday. We plan on returning!
