This condo far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The amenities are all very nice quality leaving you to feel as like your at high end resort. The location couldn't be better, we were minutes to any where we wanted to go. Skiing was a walk or bus ride away, restaurants were within blocks and the bike trail was 1/2 block away. The parking was convenient and safe! The owner took time to welcome us!
We love going to Sun Valley area and expect to rent this unit again if it's available

We really enjoyed our stay in Ketchum. The unit was centrally located and very clean. It was just perfect for the two of us. Janet was very accommodating, welcoming, and easy to work with. She provided menus, articles, and maps for Ketchum and the ski area. We walked to all the shops and restaurants in Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge/Dollar Mountain was only a short drive away. The access to River Run and Warm Springs ski area were very convenient. We would love to come back in the summer to check out the new mountain bike trails. Thank you for a great trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean, comfortable and well represented by the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was a goodl size and had all the equipment/utensils we needed. The TV had plenty of channels and it was easy to log on to the secure internet connection. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, and the outdoor hot tub was convenient and easy to use. It is very close to the ski area (which is fabulous) but I would not put the condo in the ski in/out category. Overall I would say we made an excellent choice.

It was a pleasure working with Janet. Communication was prompt and accurate. The condo was in a quiet part of town, but easily accessible to downtown by walking. Deposit was returned promptly. Cannot ask for more. Just have the Ketchum locals pray for more snow. :)

My daughter and I spent four nights in this lovely condo in February and loved it!
Location: the condo is located just steps from the trail that runs along the river and we were able to walk over to the base of River Run each morning in just a few minutes. It is also well located for evening activities: we could walk just a few blocks to all the restaurants and shops.
Condo: the condo is lovely and the photos, while good, don't quite do it justice. The mirrors make the space seem big and with the blinds open, it is bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs (we only really ate breakfast in the unit) and there was a DVD player for evening entertainment. If you like to listen to music, you might bring iPod speakers of some kind as we did not discover a stereo. The heat is radiant and was very cozy......nice to climb out of the shower on to warm tiles!
Owner: we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner as we were on the slopes all day every day, but she had anticipated our every need and was great at responding to emails and calls.
I would recommend this unit to a couple or mother/daughter pair who want the perfect restorative retreat after hitting the slopes all day.

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. Location was ideal, the unit was immaculate, owner was a joy to deal with and we were close to the ski mountain as well as downtown. We so appreciated all the details included - maps, restaurant suggestions, etc. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. Just as stated it was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained and I am quite particular. Loved the location close to the bike path and used the swimming pool most afternoons and had it to ourselves several of those days. Janet was great and very helpful. Thank you for a darling place and we hope to return again. Perfect for two adults but might not work well with four adults as it could be a little crowded.

Nothing but good things to say: The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and nicely furnished. The wi-fi was a definite plus. The location just on the edge of downtown Ketchum was perfect for us, since it was a very easy walk to the shops, restartants and events...yet still quiet. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, providing recommendations on things to do, places to eat and even good fishing spots! I would definitely recommend this property and this owner...
