The vacation rental was great, and really helped us experience Kaua'i to the fullest.

It had a lot of amenities, such as: cooking supplies (even salt and pepper!), refrigerator, microwave, etc etc. Basically, everything you'd want to have in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer were in the bathroom closet. There were plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels. The closet near the front door was full of random useful items, such as boogie boards, tennis rackets, washing detergent... it felt almost like we were house-sitting for someone (in the sense that it had everything we needed). The condo was very clean and in good condition.

The location was good, within easy walking distance of shops and a nice natural food store. We also walked to the beach, less than a mile away.

The Waikomo Stream Villas are really beautiful. A small stream runs though them that is filled with Koi fish, and there is a pool and tennis courts on site (the condo included tennis rackets too!)

The owner/manager was very nice, available, and made the whole experience as easy as possible. We didn't have any problems with the rental or with the service.

I would totally recommend this rental to a friend. It was such a good deal!

Lovely Condo in a Perfect Location!

We were delighted to arrive at this spacious condo in a beautiful garden setting. The unit had all the amenities from a full kitchen to hair dryers, towels and beach gear. And the location was perfect! We were able to walk to incredible restaurants, shops and numerous beaches. The complex is quiet, serene and has a fantastic pool. This is a lovely vacation rental that we would recommend to anyone. Mahalo!
Owner's Response: Mahalo for the nice review. We've owned 401 since 2004 & have done improvements each year. As a second home we want it to be very nice & comfortable. We have made more friends in Poipu than on the mainland due to getting together poolside, having drinks &/or pupus and getting a conversation going with visitors & our snowbird friends. Watching the sunset from Hoonani road where visitors & locals have drinks,take pictures & watch the whales breach is the ice breaker to meeting new people and having a fun evening. Waikomo is like a botanical garden. Have a wonderful time. John & Jayleen-owners
