I question whether I will even bother staying at a hotel in Chicago anymore. This was by far the most invitating, quaint house I have ever stayed in.

FIrst and foremost, Donna--the owner--was extremely accommodating and flexible, her hospitality unmatched by none. She even surprised us with parking permits upon our arrival and had cleared out the refridgerator in anticipation for our abundance of adult beverages for the weekend. She really had thought of everything.

The house itself was impeccable. It was clean and spacious, with sophisticated, yet playfully quirky decor. (Perfectly matched with Donna's fun and engaging personality.) And the LOCATION---Couldn't. Be. Beat. We were just a block from the bustling streets of Boystown, where we spent most of our time. And as we all can agree, after a long night out at the bars, the last thing we want to do is walk a long way back to the hotel or have a cab driver take us the "senic route."

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay (so I'll shut up now). We will be telling all of our friends and will definitely be repeat customers.

Great, great location – easy access to the train to get downtown, and you can walk to Wrigly, or the lakefront is less than a mile. We were there over a big Cubs weekend against the Cardinals and it was far enough away to not be amidst the Wrigly sports bar scene. Really comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms/linens. We had a big group, and there was lots of room to spread out. The full-sized kitchen and fridge had everything we needed to make a meal, plus a great backyard porch to enjoy a drink outside!

Donna was great! The house was clean and property was well maintained. It was a VERY hot weekend in Chicago and she even had her air conditioner checked prior to her departure to ensure a comfortable temperature for us for the weekend. The customer service was excellent. You CANNOT beat the location. We went to a cubs game, great restaurants, and the El is close enough to walk to, but far enough that you don't hear it. The lakefront is a quick walk away too. I highly suggest this house for anyone visiting chicago. Much better than a hotel! Thank you Donna!!
