Enjoy the world class amenities of Wild Dunes Resort, in our newly decorated Grand pavilion home. Located just steps from the beach (a two minute walk to the water’s edge) this house sits in the most sought after area of the resort - The Grand Pavilion. This area is the true heart and soul of Wild Dunes.

Enter at the garage level and walk up a flight of stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the living room, kitchen, covered porch, master bedroom (with king size bed) and bath. Up another flight of stairs are two more nicely decorated bedrooms. One room has two queen beds and the other is furnished two full size beds. Each generously sized bedroom has its own attached bath.

The living room is enhanced by a large flat screen TV and fireplace. An open porch, located off the living area, is perfect for enjoying both morning coffee and evening cocktails with friends, all while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the shore.

We want to pamper our guest, just as we would in our own home, so we have provided 350 thread count sheets, down pillows, custom bedding, and a TV set in each bedroom throughout the house. Of course we also provide wireless internet access for those guest who want to “stay in touch”. The house also provides the Wild Dunes sports card along with a special pass that provides access to the two oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools. This special pass is only available with Grand Pavilion homes.

Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone! We also offer the Wild Dunes sports card that will give you access to all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer (tennis, fitness center, etc).

Great house

We stayed during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner. It was easy to order dinner if that is more your style. The house was comfortable, Wild Dunes was a perfect location and the beach is beautiful and steps away. I can't wait to book my next stay.

Perfect rental for our family reunion

We picked Wild Dunes as a good place to spend Christmas with our family from N.Y. We were two families with kids ages 11-19. The house was great for our reunion. It was layed out perfectly with each of the bedrooms having its own bathroom. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs. We went for great walks on the beach and good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be renting this property again!

Had a great time relaxing with the girlfriends in this bright and beautiful home. It is close to everything...beach, pool, tennis, restaurants, gym. Can't wait to go back for more tennis, relaxing on the beach, great food and wine and lots of laughs.

AMAZING FAMILY WEEK AT A TREMENDOUS HOME!

WOW! What a home! Thank you to the Hader's and Beth for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous, yet extremely cozy home. We are from Long Island NY and have been going to wild dunes with our 2 children (4 and 3) for the last 4 years and this was first year we rented a house vs. staying in the village- BEST DECISION! The house had every amenity we could ever need, the decor is amazing, NOTHING beats the location (right by grand pavilion and 2 min walk to the beach) and you can use the GP pools, which is rare for staying outside the hotel/villages. Loved the personal touches throughout the home. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and our little furry friend:) We will definitely be back to 102...probably for 2 weeks next summer..this house offered everything a family would want in a beach home- and we are snobby with where we stay! It absolutely exceeded our expectations- my kids were so upset to leave b/c they thought it was "our" Charleston house. Again, it was exceptional! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome Home - Close to the Pavilion!!

This is a spectacular home in Wild Dunes! It is beautifully decorated with new and comfortable furniture. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the beach, Pavilion, tennis center and restaurants. Our family has been vacationing in Wild Dunes for 10 years now and this home is the nicest place we've rented. The home came fully stocked with everything from you need in the kitchen to games and books for the kids. There was plenty of room and beds for the 5 of us. You won't be sorry if you choose this home!!

Absolutely Amazing!

This incredibly decorated home is literally less than a 2 minute walk to the ocean front pool and beach. The location is fantastic especially if you are traveling with children. The interior of this home is beautiful. Without a doubt the nicest vacation home we have ever rented. It is spacious, clean and decorated to perfection. We hope to stay here every year. Beth is easy to work with and everything was perfectly set up upon our arrival. 5 stars all around!
