Beautiful 1 bedroom private condo with georgeous swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by beautiful trees, great lighting only minutes to Jimbos organic market.
Located two miles to the beaches at Del Mar and Torrey Pines (and Torrey Pines Reserve), with UCSD and its surrounding biotech and communications industries only minutes away. To the immediate south lie Sorrento Valley and La Jolla's Golden Triangle, which are large employment centers complete with a shopping mall and many fine restaurants. A quick twenty minute drive south brings you to the airport, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Mission Bay, Sea World and more. To the north are developing centers around La Costa and Palomar Airport, as well as the Flower Fields and Legoland.

my husband and I had a great time at Del Mar Beach Casita ! Everything was so perfect and easy to find . The owner was very helpful and very easy to communicate with. The Condo was in great condition and very clean and had everything that we needed. It was very relaxing and we were so happy to return in the evenings to this charming Condo . We would love to come back next year again !

Was a very nice 1 bedroom condo as described. Close to lots of fun activities.
Would be nice if there were a BBQ grill and a stock of spices for cooking
Down pillows are a problem for people with allergies
Overall a good clean condo. Would stay there again

Needs a little updating

I would recommend this property to a friend based on the fact that it is a very quiet condo and we liked having the grocery stores close by. The furniture in this condo needs to be updated and the cleaning people need to make sure that there is sufficient toiletries in the unit. The bathroom sink did not drain well and the bathroom fan had lots of trouble removing moisture and odor. We also had trouble lighting the gas stove top-we had to use the lighter every time which seemed a bit dangerous.

Grandparents from NY out to visit our granddaughter for the holidays! 3 Weeks - NICE!

When we first arrived there were a few minor problems which Brooks promptly took care of. The place was centrally located between our Granddaughter and Cousins and just large enough to host a couple of dinner parties including Christmas eve. For a long stay having the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen proved essential to us. I guess the best recommendation would be to state that, as Arnold once said "We will be back"! Great people, great place, great location all at a great price. Thanks!

This apartment was perfect for us. Our daughter lives nearby so we were able to walk to her house and also to the shopping center that has great restaurants and interesting shops. The bed was very comfortable, great sheets. We are very particular about the bed. It has a full kitchen and so much more. The complex is great, we had a view of the pool area. The experience was great and we plan to rent it again.

This a lovely condo with all comfort of home. Very quiet property..great pool, friendly neighbors..we had a fabulous rest here and so close to beach and everything we wanted to do!!

We just recently spent a week in the San Diego area and the Del Mar Beach Casita was perfect! There were 2 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size for us. We also loved the location! We went to both Sea World and Legoland and it was a short drive to both. Also a short drive to San Diego and the beach. We would definately stay here again when visiting San Diego!!

We loved our stay in Del Mar. The apartment was really nice and perfect equipped.
(we all loved the awesome pool, especially our son;-)

We had a great time in del Mar! The apartment is clean and lovely, with a wonderfull balcony. Our two kids loved the place, and of couse/espacially the pool;-) It is big enough for four people with everything an apartment needs to have. If we had any questions, we got fast responses. If we go back to southern California/San Diego, we will stay there again! Thanks for a great stay, Stefanie (Germany)

Quiet and relaxing stay

Our stay in Del Mar was great. A very quiet complex with full kitchen, large master bedroom, outdoor seating on patio and nice pool. The use of a full kitchen was very helpful as well as the washer/dryer in the unit. The decor is beachy and simple and the king size bed is very comfortable. We have a toddler who slept well and loved the space. The location is perfect. Near the 5 and minutes away from Del Mar, a gem of an oceanside town. In addition, Torrey Pines State Park is nearby as well as La Jolla. Of course, all the other San Diego attractions are within easy driving distance. We will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.
