Very charming and warm home with open floor plan, huge gourmet kitchen and family room. Beautifully decorated and nestled in the finest area of St. Armands. 3600 square feet of air conditioned space plus exceptional outdoor seating and a heated enclosed pool.

As you enter the home you look towards the living room out to the beautiful pool area that completely opens up to the main living area for indoor/outdoor living at its best.

There is a full size gourmet kitchen equipped with all top of the line appliances that opens to the large family room. A large Dining area sits off the Living room for entertaining. The family room is cozy and elegantly decorated with high ceilings and a large TV. This is a home that offers a varilty of games, movies and fun for all. This is the gathering space for all your friends and family.

The large master suite overlooks the pool area and has a large soaking tub, double sinks, his and her walk in closet, and walk in shower.

There are two additional bedrooms both decorated with unique charm. Both rooms have queen beds and bathrooms.

Enjoy the outdoor space with screened in pool, grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining to seat 6. The space is perfect for entertaining, get togethers and relaxing with a nice book.

Available for your use are beach chairs and beach towels. Very family and pet friendly.

This is a great location! just a five minute walk to the wonderful restaurants and shopping of St. Armands Circle and some of the best beaches in the world. Come enjoy!

My home is my primary residence and the rentals simply keep the home occupied and loved while I am living in other locations. I have owned the home for 13 years and my family consider this our HOME. My grandchildren love being able to walk to the circle for ice cream and easily get to the beaches. This is our gathering place; comfortable for everyone.

What makes this house unique

The home is on a beautiful section of St Armands. It is a very easy walk to the Circle and a short distance to the beaches. The kitchen is a true Chef Kitchen and the home in general a comfortable, cozy and inviting home and being a little obnoxious; it is beautifully decorated and filled with life.

Great house ,great location great time. House is beautifully furnished walking distance from beach and circle . We enjoyed our stay and were not disappointed about anything.
