Best location and accommodations!!
Just returned from our mini vacation! This condo exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely fantastic to wake up to almost a private beach everyday! The breeze and views are spectacular. It is a wonderful location, where the beach was a block down fe Belmont Park. The beach never got too crowded. Having a parking garage was a definite plus. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and we were able to have nice relaxing dinners with such a wonderful view. Amenities were top notch, from the gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds, and jacuzzi tub and steam shower in the master. The owner is readily available via email if needed during stay. Absolutely perfect for our family. We miss it already! Highly recommend this condo for any vacatons!! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks again!

We just returned from our San Diego vacation.... loved your condo!! The accomadations were amazing & the views spectacular....exceeded our expectations!! It was a wonderful vacation with great family memories. We took your recommendation & had a delicious seafood dinner at World Famous. The weather was gorgeous....no June gloom!! All our friends who stopped by loved your condo. Met your neighbors downstairs, Mike & Karen, they are delightful....they let us use their grill.
Never having gone thru VRBO, i was slightly apprehensive, but you made it a very positive experience. We will definitively stay at your condo again & will highly recommend you to our friends.

Amazing Ocean Front Condo
We rented this condo in June for our family vacation. The condo was fabulous, exceeding our expectations. The appliances & furnishings were high end. The condo was fully stocked ....even had plenty of beach towels & beach chairs. It was great being on the 2nd floor because our beautiful ocean view was unobstructed!! The owners of the bottom unit were extremely helpful. We felt very safe at this condo.
Loved waking up every morning & having coffee on the balcony listening to the waves. Thoroughly enjoyed walking the boardwalk ...renting bikes & swimming.
Definitely plan to return & would highly recommend this condo.

Lovely Ocean Retreat
Our family really enjoyed our stay, It has every thing you need .It is located right on the beautiful ocean sandy beach,. There is a sidewalk all along the Ocean to walk, skate or ride bicycles. The is also an amusement park within walking distance and some very good restraunts, The condo is very luxerous and has everything you need to entertain , have meals and do laundry,Their is a nice yard to sunbath or Bar-B-Q. The is a beautiful view.

Best Location in San Diego
This condo is top quality, clean and the best location in San Diego. It was equiped with everything we needed for our stay. We have visited San Diego many times and have stayed here twice. It's right on the beach on the quieter area of Mission Beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well as the amusement park and Belmont park. Our family of 5 had a BLAST and will hopefully visit again soon.

Beautiful stay
We were really pleased when we arrived. The condo when we walk was exactly as pictured on the website. The place had a wonderful airy feel as we opened the wall of windows to the ocean beach and wonderful breeze blew threw the condo. The finishes are our taste all real stone, stainless steel and nice leather funiture throughout. The unit was also clean and well appointed with all the necessities for our stay.
We found lots todo arround the condo, down one flight of stairs onto common area which has very large barbecue and seating for a good group or 50' further and your on the beach. A walk up the board walk to Belmont park takes you to some great restaurents for breakfast or lunch and then on to the Wave Center to learn to surf or a ride on the roller coaster. In the evening we took 30 minute walks to World Famous restaurant , Jack's Crab or Sandbar Sports bar all good choices. There was easy drives to Sea World, Coranado and the San Diego Zoo. We found Doug and Andrea easy to get ahold of and eager to answer any questions or concerns we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to friends and relatives as a package this was very enjoyable vacation. Thanks Doug and Andrea!
