Ready for that family vacation on the ocean front? Looking for a spacious, family-friendly property on the white sandy gulf front. We care about our properties and we want you to have the most amazing stay possible. Our immaculate 2 bedroom with bunk room provides over 1400 sq. ft of living space in the desirable Splash Resort. Our condo easily accessible on the 2nd floor features a oceanside master suite, and queen bedroom, bunk room, two full baths, a queen sofa sleeper, a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry in unit, and magnificent views from floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony.

Indulge in the ocean view from our Master Bedroom Suite including king bedroom set, large walk in closet and large master bath with separate shower and large soaking tub all of which are handicap accessible. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, flat screen television and large walk-in closet. The bunk room features a bunk with two twin beds located near the second bedroom and away from the living area. The fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances and cookware offers you all the amenities of home. Grilling options are located one floor down on the ground level near the pool deck.

Wonderful place

Wonderful condo for a vacationing family with kids. Everyone enjoyed the view, the pools, the beach, and everything about our stay! It is really nice to be on a lower floor and have the ability to use the stairs and not wait on an elevator! Any questions or needs were taken care of right away by Stefanie at Splash.

Anyone who stays here will not be sorry-and the pictures do not do justice on how nice this place is.

Perfect oceanfront vacation property

I spent a long weekend here with friends and would love to return with the family! The condo was immaculately clean and well appointed. The layout was ideal for families, with 1 bedroom and the bunk area for kids in the back and the living area and master bedroom on the ocean side. The beautiful pool area included some shaded swimming areas and a great play area, with the sandy beach just a few steps away. Shopping, great restaurants, and fun activities are nearby. This might just be the perfect vacation spot!

Girls weekend

I went to the Splash for a girls weekend in late Oct and had the best time! I can't wait to go back with my family! There was so much for do for all ages! The condo was spacious and had an amazing view! We saw dolphins and sea life every day! Plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment near by, but if my kids were with me I wouldn't leave the condo because there is so much to do on the property - arcade, splash park, ocean front, fitness center, etc.

Tons of fun at Splash!

Exceptionally clean and well-appointed condo. Perfect location, close to everything you may need. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony, absolutely stunning views. Splash has a beautiful beach and a fun water park/pool area for the kids. Nice workout facility, too. Would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact we hope to come again soon! We felt very "at home". The owners clearly take a lot of pride in this condo and were excellent with communication. Thanks for a perfect stay in PCB.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

If you are looking for a wonderful vacation spot and condo, this is the place. Our stay was a month and we should have come for all winter! The location was excellent, close to wonderful shopping areas, the photos are accurate, the condo was spotless, well-maintained, etc. We found the furniture to be very comfortable as were the beds. The owners were so helpful and their follow-up to our questions were quick. They returned our calls almost immediately. We would recommend this property to our family and friends and encourage them to try out this place. They won't be sorry.

The ocean front beach is awesome and our grandchildren were on the beach every day. The waterpark for the children was wonderful and it was so convenient for the parents to watch them as they were enjoying the hottub. This particular condo unit was on the second level and therefore the view of the ocean and the wonderful white sand beach just took our breath away. It also made it so easy to take the kids down to the water as we were so close to the ground level. There were so many fine places to eat that you could actually walk to. The Pasta Grill Restaurant was a very good place to eat, and the service was great. Because this is a pet-free condo, we did not have to worry about pet hair, dander, etc.
