Enjoy all the Northstar has to offer from your family home base: skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, swimming, and so much more! The free shuttle whisks you the 1/2 mile to the lifts and the Village at Northstar, the Recreation Center, and the golf course.

The newly-remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath condo features a gas fireplace, patio with gas grill, washer/dryer, and mountain views. The upper level of the home contains the master suite with a sink and vanity en suite and a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The main level of the home has vaulted ceilings, the gas fireplace, dining area, living area, balcony with gas grill, and full kitchen. Downstairs has a bedroom with two twin beds, washer/dryer, and a queen bedroom with a balcony. HD flat-screen TVs with DVD players are in each room.

Included with your rental are passes to the NPOA Recreation Center: year-round outdoor heated lap pool, huge seasonal recreational pool, three big outdoor hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center, seasonal tennis courts, playground, arcade, and game room with ping pong, pool tables, and air hockey! There is a $2 fee per person to enter.

The amazing new Village at Northtar offers even more fun times, with an ice skating rink, s'more and fire pits, movie theater, shops, and restaurants.

In the summer, enjoy golfing the 18-hole golf course, divided into the "mountain nine" and the "valley nine" for great variety. Or, you can take the gondola up the mountain and mountain bike down the trails and terrain features all day long.

Northstar is also centrally located to all the attractions of the area: five minutes to Truckee, five minutes to Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe, ten minutes to Crystal Bay's historic casinos and nightlife, fifteen minutes to Incline Village's dining and casino, and 30 minutes to Alpine, Squaw, and Tahoe City.

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay at the Northstar condo. It is an easy drive or shuttle ride to the mountain and other recreational fun like swimming. The staff was more than accommodating when we needed an extra few hours to get the kids ready upon checkout. They also kept us informed with helpful information about our stay and I got an email that we could check-in early as we were driving up to Tahoe. The property was very clean and tidy. We will stay here again in the future.

thank you vacasa for making this last minute accomodation for my group! everything turned out perfect and the condo is 5 minutes walking distance from the northstar village. couldn't have been better and i would definitely recommend.

Spacious, private and clean

Very nice condo, lots of space for living and sleeping. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were new. Kitchen was not updated or as well equipped as some, but it was just fine for the weekend. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The photos in the picture do not do the property justice. The property was in a great location, and near Kings Beach. There were plenty of activities to participate in for both adults and children. This is definitely a property we will revisit in the near future.

Great Northstar Condo - Martis Landing Location

We loved staying at the Northstar Family Home. It was layed out well for our family. The home is very clean and comfortable. Northstar offers many things to do. It was especially fun for the kids ages 11 and 14 to call the shuttle and go to the recreationn center to play ping-pong, air hockey and pool. Northstar is wonderful in the Summer providing many activities such as hiking, swimming and golf. I might ad that I love the gym being available to keep up with my workouts. Northstar is also wonderful in the Winter for Skiing and Snowboarding. I have spent lots of time at Northstar over the years and I have to say this is one of the best condos that I have stayed in. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this home to anyone !!!
