Thanks for the cheque for the security deposit and thank you for letting us rent your villa. It was excellent - can't think of anything to criticise.

The pool was beautiful and the water with the heating was like a bath - the two children really enjoyed their selves splashing about. I was also impressed with the site of the villa on a lovely quiet estate minutes from Disney and so convenient for Tampa and Clearwater.

All in all probably the best we've stayed at in Orlando and I would love to rent it again in 2014.

We have always stayed in the same villa before so it seemed a bit strange going to one we didn’t know, but I would recommend your home to anyone, it was clean, comfortable, well fitted, the pool was perfect and the managing agents really helpful, also the neighbourhood was really quiet all of which added to a great holiday. Hopefully your home will be available when we go to Florida again in a couple of years time.

We have just returned from our holiday and had an absolutely fantastic time, and the villa played a huge part in that.

From the outset, all discussions and correspondence with the villa owners was excellent, professional and very friendly and the website was certainly one of the best we came across when we were searching for villas, which makes a big difference.

We were looking for certain parameters when choosing our villa; these being primarily a) location; we wanted to be close enough to all of the attractions but not in the middle of it all, we wanted the feeling of space and relaxation when we weren't visiting parks, b) privacy; a lot of rental villas have been built very close to eachother with very little privacy, particularly when outside in the pool area, but we wanted some privacy and seclusion, c) outside seating area; again, a lot of villas just have the pool and a little space for a couple of sunbeds, we wanted to be able to enjoy eating and relaxing outside when not using the pool.

The photos and descriptions of the villa and the website were comprehensive enough for us to believe that this villa offered all of the things we were looking for, and when we arrived we were not dissapointed. The villa was exactly as described and we couldn't have been more happier. The property was spotless and very well maintained and there was an abundance of utilities, such as towels, etc. for guest use which isn't always the case.

We enjoyed our time at the villa so much that we ended spending a couple more days than planned relaxing there instead of going out. We had stayed in the area previously and knew it quite well, and in terms of location it is pretty much perfect. It is only 5 mins off I4 from exit 58 and 10 mins from exit 55 and between both there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. so everything you need during a stay there is less than a few minutes drive away.

Most of the attractions are no more than a 15-20 minute drive away and due to the proximity of I4 to the villa they are very easy to find even if you are not familiar with the area. Also nearby is the town of Celebration which is amazing and is well worth a visit. Also , just off I4, is Orlando Premium Outlets which is great for shopping.

Overall, I couldn't rate the villa highly enough, right from the outset and the website, through dealing with the owners and through to our stay there it was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate in recommedning it to anyone.

We had an excellent time in Florida and the house was very cozy, and we looked forwarded to getting back to the house after a hectic day at the parks. The house looks much better from the "inside" than the impression you first get when looking at the house from the outside.
From my initial contact with the owner, Marjorie who was very helpful when reserving the property, and throughout our stay everything went smoothly.
My only suggestion would be to have a few supplies (paper towels, dish washing liquid, soap, etc.) available at the house when guests initially arrive.

Just to let you know we had a lovely week at your villa. It was a pleasure to come home every night to a real ‘home from home ‘ .We appreciated the sewing kit when a button fell off too !.Its warming up nicely now out there and the pool only took a moment to get used to.
