Beautifully furnished with large open kitchen & dining area, 2 decks (1 off the master bedroom) and fabulous home office space. There is also off street parking for 2 cars.

The Penthouse in Rockport is everything you could ask for in a vacation home. The description and pictures are nice but they fail to capture the beauty and charm of Rockport. We rented the house for the week while visiting to run the Boston Marathon. We were a little concerned about being an hour from Boston and in a town that appears secluded on the map. We were so surprised when we arrived. The Penthouse is beautiful and the view is amazing. The local artist community was also a huge surprise. The shops in Rockport offer something for everyone and the owners are so welcoming. The drive to Boston was so easy and the train is very convenient. Deborah is so easy to work with and she went above and beyond to make this a very special trip for us. We had six adults, one child and two dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This property is fabulous. Our family is renting for 10 weeks as a gathering place during the holidays. It's perfect. You have the ocean behind you and beautiful downtown Rockport with its quaint shopping at your doorstep. The apartment is impeccably clean and well appointed, nice crisp linens, plenty of dishes and stemware. The owner thought of everything when furnishing. She is also close by, so any questions we have had were answered immediately. The photos for this property do not do it justice, it is far more beautiful that the photos portray. I would recommend this property to anyone.
