Best rental unit in all of Hilton Head Beach Resort!

Stayed in this lovely one bedroom 3rd floor unit with the BEST and most BEAUTIFUL view of the beach and pool! Bill welcomed us into his lovely condo with a phone call making sure all was good, along with a few pointers on local restaurants. This immaculate unit was freshly painted before our arrival and had all amenities needed for our vacation. One of our highlights of the week was the bikes we rented on site. This inexpensive weekly rental allowed us to ride the beach during low tide and use the bike trails for the other times. Another highlight was driving to Savannah for the day. The Old Town Trolley Tour allowed us to hop on and off to enjoy sites and a bite to eat. Some our favourites places to eat in Hilton Head Island was breakfast at: Signe's Bakery & Cafe and dinner at the on site restaurant: Carolina's Seafood House. While in Savannah, we had a fabulous lunch at Zunzi's where we had a nice chat with the owner/chef. We'll definitely be back again!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family has been staying at HHB&T for about 15 years. This condo was by far the nicest one we've ever had the privilege of vacationing in. The view is exquisite. The decor is very pleasant and up to date. The futon was extremely comfortable and functioned better than a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience from home. Also the rates were competitive, actually the mist reasonable quote we received. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I only wish we didn't have to leave. Thank you for your hospitality for a perfect weekend!

2nd stay in this beautiful ocean front condo

This is my 2nd stay in this beautiful ocean front condo and once again my family and I were very pleased. Bill is a wonderful person to work with and is always looking at ways to make his condo more pleasureable. The new cushion on the futon was wonderful and my son slept great! Everything you need is provided in the kitchen including a new keurig and the best refrigerator with a ton of space and an ice maker that makes ice on a continuous basis. Being able to listen to the sound of the ocean as you sit in the living area is so peaceful. I am already planning on booking for next year!! I am 100% sure you will enjoy this condo.

We have stayed at HHBTR many times, love it there, great resort. Lots of things to do on site. Played lots of tennis as there's always an open court. Rented bikes for the week as the beach is perfect for biking. Great lunch or cold beer at Coco's or Jamaica Joe's on site. This was our first time in this condo which turned out to be everything advertised. Clean, comfortable--a very lovely updated kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean from the main room/deck. The wifi came in quite handy too. Bill was easy to work with and always accessible by phone if needed. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time or adventure seekers.

Great Waterfront Unit

We had a great March Break in Hilton Head. The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We rode bikes at Sea Pines and saw a bald eagle at the nature reserve. We enjoyed visiting the Salty Dog Cafe in South Beach and hiking at Pinckney Island reserve. This was our second trip to Hilton Head and if we go again next year we will definitely plan ahead to reserve this unit for our stay.

Excellent Condo!

This condo turned out to be just perfect for us! My wife and I wanted something on the beach to stay in while we explored Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area. Everything that we needed during our stay was furnished in the condo. The location was fantastic also. Being close to the beach, we were able to take a beach walk each day of our stay. It is also close to many great restaurants on Hilton Head - we tried a new one each night! The owner was great to work with and the staff at the resort was very helpful.

We discussed on the way home that the reason we have liked Hilton Head so well is that it is a community. People speak to each other in the restaurants, the church, Christ Lutheran, welcomes us as regulars, the traffic is very manageable, there are stores available for any needs.
The restaurants that we especially enjoyed were the Hilton Head Dinner, Stacks, and Main Street Cafe. We also went to the Light House and ate outside in the restaurant there. We also enjoyed relaxing and going to the movie theater.
We walked the beach nearly every day. The condo is right on the beach and it is so fun to have it so accesssable. There again, people were always so friendly to each other.
The condo was everything it is advertised to be. There were no hidden problems. The owner was very accomodating to meet any of our needs. We would surely recommend this to friends and relatives.

A great value, very satisfied

We were very satisfied this property. It was comfortable and had all the amenities. The view from the balcony afforded a great look at the ocean. The beach is a two minute walk and allows for long treks in either direction. Bicycles are there for rent, and the beach is awesome for biking with its firm surface and wide fetch. There are also miles of bike paths so you don't need to share the road with cars.
Parris Island Marine Corp Museum is an easy drive from here and we did a lot of hiking at the Pinckney Island Ntl Wildlife Refuge which is at the entrance to the Island. On the one rainy day we had, I was able to get my workout done in the workout club which is located in their tennis complex. The pool area is awesome and while it was too cool to swim at the time we were there, it's a great place to relax and get the sun.
There are good grocery stores within a couple minutes drive and the Island has the full gamut of stores for general shopping. We had some of the best seafood dinners while there. We highly recommend the Oyster Factory and the Crazy Crab.
Overall, Hilton Head Island has a lot to offer and this condo is a great place from which to launch your adventures.

Skeptic Convinced!

I was VERY reluctant to make this trip - a 14 hour car drive with a 2 year old who doesn't sleep anywhere but her own crib did not bode well in my mind for a relaxing vacation! But, my husband really wanted to get away, so we found this place and it looked promising. Bill was fantastic to deal with, which made me feel better but I still thought that the place just couldn't be as good as it looked. My 2 year old was amazing in the car and upon arrival to the condo around 9 pm we immediately went to the beach where my 2 year old exclaimed, "the beach!" and we said, "we did it!" I slept in the queen bed with her and my husband slept out on the pull out couch. We all had a good night's sleep. Something that I want to mention because it would've eased some of my apprehension is that there is a door in the hallway that divides the bedrooms from the kitchen/living area. When you walk into the condo, you are in a hallway where the bunks are on your left, the door to the queen room is on your right and then there is a door that can shut to separate the sleeping quarters from the living quarters. This means that you can still have a life after the kids are in bed! The next morning, we woke to a fantastic sunrise and my husband spotted a pod of WHALES swimming a distance away. He had the foresight to bring binoculars and we had quite a view. It was awesome. The view is everything (and more) as is advertised. The weather was touch and go but the sun managed to come out for a bit each day and my two year old could not get enough of the beach! A couple of places that we'd like to recommend are the Corner Perk cafe for breakfast (Nutella banana bread french toast!) and the Lowcountry Backyard Restaurant (shrimp and grits - yum! and I HATE grits!!). In short, I now am out of excuses and am excited to enjoy more vacations with my family.
