Magia is a very tranquil, secluded and well-appoointed villa perched on top of a hill with incredible ocean and jungle views.

It features a chef's kitchen with all the amenities at your disposal.

It has a 40 foot salt water swimming pool.

Relax in the Palapa room with 270 degrees of views from floor to ceiling doors and windows.

Take a book and enjoy the day reading on one of many terraces, balconies and verandas.

Take a dip in the pool and relax under the ramada on a hammock.

Listen to the wild birds and the breeze through the branches of the jungle trees, while relaxing on the deck.

The bedrooms all face the ocean and have floor to ceiling windows that open the nature into the house.

The fabulous bathrooms boast incredible views as well.

The multi stage water filtration system was designed with regards to health and convenience.

Enjoy being away from it all yet in 10 to 15 minutes you can be in the middle of the village.

It is all put together with great effort to ensure serenity, peace and tranquility.

About The Owner

We are a Southern California family that love traveling in Mexico. After having been to different sites in Mexico, we decided to buy property in Sayulita and build a house.

We rented many houses for almost 2 years in Sayulita before deciding on what our home should be.

Having experienced some very unpleasant rentals, we started our project with as much attention paid to comfort level as possible.

And now Magia is the culmination of all our notes, measurements and photos of the experience.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2006
Why The Owner chose Sayulita

We came to Sayulita for lunch one Friday, traveling from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a fishing village close to Punta Mita.

After arriving at the plaza, we had a very simple lunch and looked around and fell in love with this little dusty village. Simple, friendly and peaceful.

What makes this villa unique

The tranquility, we arrive from Southern California with its hurried life style to this very quiet and secluded place and it is the ideal location to unwind, grab a book, lay in the sun, take a dip in the pool, prepare some simple lunch, a beer and enjoy the incredible surrounding views.

Casa Magia...Perfection

Casa Magia is absolutely incredible! I'd venture to say one of the best homes in Sayulita!

The house was the perfect place to unwind and relax during a busy, fun filled wedding weekend! We all were looking for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, and Casa Magia
was absolute perfection!

From the photos and all my email correspondence with Cameron, the owner, I was assured it was going to be great. Cameron answered all of emails promptly and was very helpful in all aspects of the planning. The photos accurately reflected the properties appearance and amenities, yet its much better in person! The gentleman, Miguel, who manages the property, is especially helpful and kind. From the views, the spacious bedrooms, the very, very well equipped kitchen, the pool, and the management of the property, Casa Magia far exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend staying at Casa Magia. And I can't wait to go back!

Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Paradise

"A slice of paradise!"
My wife and I spent several nights and days in this ideal treehouse-like setting, with all the modern conveniences of home. Checking in and out was completely painless.

Each night we fell asleep on fluffy pillows in a perfect bed to the sounds of the ocean and a soothing warm breeze, and each morning we awoke to sounds of jungle birds off in the distance. It was truly a slice of paradise that we never wanted to leave.

"the magical time"
I spent a week with my friends at Magia this past Spring and had a wonderful experience.

The accommodation is second to none, the view is breathtaking, the pool is just right and the quiet and peace is much desirable.

Highly recommend this villa over any other in the area.

"Very Nice Place"
A very nice and calm place to stay for some days or more time. You are in the middle of the jungle with a stunning view over the bay but only 5 minutes away from the village, so its perfect if you want to chill and relax a while at the house or get to beach and take part in village live.

Can't wait to come back again some day ...

Amazing

We had seen the pictures of house and Sayulita but they don't do them justice. The house is amazing, huge spaces to relax in and everything was wonderfully comfortable. The house had everything, just needed the tequila and the limes.

The location is great. Very close to the town and beaches but far enough to be tranquil and peaceful. Being situated on a hill gives you spectacular views and sunsets.
