From the first interaction, the owner of this property demonstrated exceptional customer service. Response to my initial inquiry was prompt and thorough. All of my questions were addressed fully and we were able to rent from a considerable distance with confidence and ease.
Prior to our arrival, the owner provided an email with driving directions, instructions on how to enter the property, detailed information on what provisions would be provided at the home, and which activities would be available and close to the property.
Upon arrival, we were blown away with how beautiful the townhome was in person. Pictures gave a very accurate portrayal of how spacious and well kept the property was. The home was stocked with linens, towels, soaps, and shampoos. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking and dining. Our party included 6 adults and 1 child. We were very comfortable in our surroundings and had plenty of room to stretch out.
Overall we had a wonderful Christmas week in this beautiful, comfortable dwelling. We walked on the beach, flew our kites, kayaked, fished and dined out in some great little restaurants. I would endorse this home enthusiastically to anyone who might be considering vacationing in Corpus Christi!!

PERFECTION

We've rented a lot of vacation homes over the past 15 years but this one was the BEST! VERY clean, modern yet comfortable and it fit our needs completely! We rented during Thanksgiving so we didn't need the beach stuff in the garage but it was the most well equipped beach house we've ever seen. Everything you need for the beach is ready for you! The very best part about this gorgeous home is the owner. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Very communicative and accommodating!

What a great rental!

Perfect for 3 generations vacation

Everything was exactly as described. The owner made everything very easy and was very responsive to questions. We were able to have plenty of together time and wonderful privacy within the layout of the townhome. It really was like being at home with every need provided and saved us from packing a lot of extras. The complex was well kept and quiet. We had a problem with the large 52" T.V. and even though every room had a T.V. of its own...the owner promptly had the unit replaced when we notified him of the problem. It was great to deal with an ethical owner instead of an agency. We wold highly recommend this vacation rental.

Excellent rental!

We all greatly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! The location was perfect, the home was beautifully furnished, we had everything we needed and much more than we expected (from beach items, kitchen supplies, laundry soap, etc). We all commented on how spotless the home was! My grandchildren loved the pool, all electronic items worked and having access to a printer was over the top! The info provided in advance helped us in our planning and the guest book once we got there was very helpful. He has thought of everything in furnishing the perfect vacation home!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had an enjoyable weeklong stay at this townhome. The owner was easy to work with and very nice. This townhome is very nice, clean and has all the amenities needed. It was also nice being able to park cars in the garage during the stay. The location was also great being on the island, close to the beach, close to restaurants and a short drive over the bridge to an HEB Plus. There is also a CVS that is right down the road from the town home. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here and will look to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing Condo....Home Away From Home!! Thank you!!

We decided on a last minute trip to Padre and found this condo. It was everything the listing said it was and more, and it was even better than the pictures online! We found the condo immaculately clean and had a wonderfully homey feel.
It was absolutely perfect for our two families! The garage was a huge plus for all us, even having all the beach accessories we needed for fun in the sand and surf! The drive to the beach was right across the street and the condo pool was beautiful and very well maintained.
The condo itself had every amenity from pots and pans, washer and dryer, plenty of towels and the beds were super comfy....Our family will definitely vacation in Padre again since this was such a great experience for all of us. We can only hope that this condo will be available when we are!
Lastly, the owner was awesome to work with and super nice. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo home to anyone wanting to get away from it all, but with all the creature comforts of home!

Very Enjoyable Condo!

Our family, children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, fully equipped condo. Feels much more like home than a rental, thanks to the owner. Bob was great to work with and very responsive. I would recommend this rental to family and friends and would love to stay again.

Perfect for multi-generational families.

This home was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We were provided with all of the comforts of home and many thoughtful extras that you don't always find in a rental. Lots of nice things provided for your use at the pool and beach. The layout provided both privacy and togetherness for a multi generational family group. The location is ideal, a quite area, close to the beach and seclusion, with some nearby restaurants and night spots, yet conveniently located about 10-15 minutes away from town. Very peaceful and relaxing. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive. We would recommend this home.

What a wonderful home away from home!

We traveled to South Texas for my son's wedding. I located this property on VRBO.com and found that every item we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable was provided. The location was even better than described. The second floor balcony looks out onto an outdoor church; and while there, we had the privilege of witnessing a unique wedding at this location. Two weddings in one trip! We were able to spend a couple of days at the beach, which was only a short walk or ride away, and shopping was available conveniently nearby. The property was extremely clean and offered every amenity for which a traveler could ask. The owner was very thoughtful, informative and responsive. He made our stay a pleasure. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. It was a very memorable, comfortable, pleasant experience.
