This amazing mansion like villa is 6000 sq. ft., including wrap-around terraces, and is located north of San Juan Del Sur (Nacascolo Bay). A walk to town is only about 15 min. or a drive about 10 min. Further north are the famous surf beaches Marsella, Maderas, Majaguel, etc.

Like a Pearl, it is situated on a mountain hill in a very private idyllic setting with a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean. Relax at one of the terraces, while viewing the sunset and listening to breezing ocean waves. All bedrooms are separated and have access to the terraces (covered/ uncovered) from which you can see the ocean, private pool, and garden.

One bedroom is a separate suite with a kitchen, 2 beds, 2 entrances, and a large en-suite bathroom (shower made with beautiful tiles) and a large closet.

The wonderfully spacious master bedroom comes with 1 king size bed, a lounge area, a large en-suite bathroom (completely made with natural rocks,) and a walk-in closet.

The third bedroom, also very spacious, has 2 queen size beds, a lounge area at its center, a large en-suite bathroom (shower made with natural rocks), and a closet.

The fourth bedroom has 1 double bed. A large bathroom is next to it. (The shower is made with natural rocks)

The grand kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large dining table, a bar area, and 2 lounge areas.

This vacation rental has a management company in San Juan del Sur that will bring you to the property and will also assist with any questions or needs while staying here.

A private security guard is on site.

It is simply a great vacation place.

About Gabriella

I spend a lot of time writing books. At the moment I am writing about animals. The mornin walk on the beach is amazing. Yoga is my favorite exercise, and this town has an amazing cast of instructors from all over the world. I also enjoy dancing, which is very prominent in the Nicaraguan culture.

I love to eat at one of the amazing restaurants, sip a cup of coffee at a local cafe (there are many of them), and/or simply discuss the wonders of life (there are many here).

I also like to explore new things and places, and I take my chihuahua with me everywhere.

Why Gabriella chose San Juan del Sur

I read an article about S.J.D.S. and was immediately drawn to this authentic and fascinating town. After vacationing for one week, I bought a lot and have spent the last 5 years building this home. I love the ocean, nature, and simplicity of the people. It is all one big adventure.

What makes this villa unique

I enjoy the privacy and soothing quietness, as well as the positive energy of the surrounding nature. I relax on one of the terraces, looking at the sunset and amazing star constellations. It is like being in heaven. The house is so spacious that even a group will feel very comfortable.

There is a seasonal river running through the property. A small convenience store is located next door and a larger one within walking distance.

Down the street is public transportation. Fine dining restaurant is only a ten-minute walk away.

I enjoyed this luxurious House over looking the cozy south Nicaragua Pacific coast bay of Nacascolo. I stayed in one of the four apartments within the house and enjoyed the whole house with a nice pool and a beautiful view of the bay. I felt peacefulness and tranquility that is second to none. Located just 10 minutes from San Juan Del Sur, you are far enough from town to really relax, but close enough to enjoy a night life along the beach road where there are many chooses for the party in you. San Juan del Sur offers many things for individuals and families alike, go sport fishing, enjoy surfing, sailing,
horse back riding on the beach or in the near by mountains. You will have the chance to see many different animals that are throughout the tropical country of Nicaragua.

Hi,

I have stayed at this lovely house during many weekends, mainly with the same group of friends. We always have a fantastic time. My favorite spot is the pool, where we sometimes have BBQ. Because it is very privately located, we always felt we could enjoy the house as our own. Sometimes we drive to town, which is not far and hang out at the clubs there. The workers are also very friendly and helpful.
