Fully furnished, pet free and smoke free Unit. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities!! Sit on balcony and watch beautiful sunsets. Walk to the beach or pool!! Queen bed in master bedroom, twin beds in second bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom in between. Queen sofa bed sleeps two located down stairs with a full bath.

Keywords: Open floor plan, Quiet Neighborhood. Close to Pier Park Mall, Water Park, and Restaurants. Lots of Activities!!!!

This was the first time I've stayed off the beach. I was quite a hike to the beach, through 3or 4 other condo complexes, but if you don't mind the walk back and forth, it's not too bad of the money savings. It is very quiet here. Even sandwiched between two other units, we never heard any noise from the neighbors. The owners were very hospitable, checking on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The pool is across the parking lot and it was really nice. Since most residents live there ( I assumed) the pool was never crowded and sometimes we had it to ourselves. It's about 2 miles west of Pier Park. Linens ARE provided.

Nice and Quiet Family Oriented

There are no reviews ,I just bought it Labor Day Weekend. It is very clean and was a former residence not rental and on the quiet end of the beach it is also in excellent condition.
