This house was really comfortable, it made us feel right at home. The owner and property manager were kind and accommodating. The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood a short car trip away from all the action: beaches (I would say Palm Beach was the easiest to get to from here), dining, shopping, etc.

If it is your first time getting to this property keep the property manager a call so he helps you find your way there. Even though this wasn't our first time in Aruba, the lack of street signs on smaller streets can make it hard to find an address, but once we were close by, the property manager met us and guided us to the place.

One thing that surprised us as we entered the neighbourhood was that it had lots of big and beautiful houses, but the streets were not paved, they were dirt roads. Don't let this turn you off, it seems to be an Aruban thing.

The house itself was a different story: beautiful landscaping, premium finishes inside, a great pool that proved very popular with our toddlers, plenty of space for everyone (two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor, and one bedroom with en-suite on the top floor).

It was nice to find the kitchen well stocked, not only with the usual cooking and serving utensils, but with condiments, oil, dish-washing liquid, etc. First time we find these little extras in a vacation rental.

There were also lots and lots of towels, shower gel/shampoo, and a blow drier.

The laundry room was not in service. We were instructed to use a laundry service instead. Didn't have the need for it, though.

Another weak point was the low water pressure and supply of hot water. We were seven people in total and it rarely was enough for all of us. But it was not a big loss since the island weather is always warm.

Other amenities of the house included free wireless internet and a laptop for our use, as well as a cellphone with a local number and some credit.

Housekeeping came everyday except Sundays. They will clean but not do your dishes unless there's only a few. They also never mopped the floors during our stay.

All in all this was a great place to spend our holidays. I'm glad we found this property and would recommend it.

We had a great time at the house. We loved the pool; there's a shallow section under the umbrella that's perfect for putting the lounge chairs in and staying cool in the afternoon. Everything is very modern with TV in the living area and each bedroom, Wifi, long-distance phone and even a cell phone for local use. Jennifer was great in keeping us supplied with clean towels and linens, and helping make everything tidy. You do need a car, but the new SuperFood store is a minute away, and you are close to both the high rise beaches, as well as Boca Catalina / Arashi reef for great snorkeling. Bring your snorkeling gear from home, and you can just walk in and see some great fish. Some great restaurants are also right around the corner, such as Wacky Wahoo. We were sad to leave!

This is the perfect vacation home. It was clean, beautiful furnished and conveniently located very close to beaches, shops and casinos. The pool and outdoor patio were a bonus. A synopsis of our stay here was as follows: We spent the mornings having breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and then lounged by the pool. We packed a lunch from groceries purchased at a grocery store a few minutes away and we then would to to Eagle Beach where we enjoyed the beautiful clean beach.My boys rented jet skis at the beach while I soaked in the gorgeous sunshine. In the evening we either went to one of the fabulous nearby restaurants that we found using the house's laptop and free wi-fi or we cooked on the grill and lounged by the pool again. Later on in the evening we went to the casinos at the high rise hotels that were also minutes away and my sons went to the lively bars near the high rise hotels. Another bonus was the daily maid service (except on Sunday). There were also plenty of clean bathroom towels and beach and pool towels. Even though everything is nearby you do need to rent a car if you stay at this house.

This is my second time in Aruba and i have to say staying at this house was the best decision i made.
The house is brand new and it's located at a perfect location. It is not walkable to the hotels and the tourist strip, however, it is so close!!! driving time: less than 10 minutes.
We rented a car and it was so convenient to drive around. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly.
we were greeted by the property manager upon arrival and he was very helpful throughout our stay at the house.
I love the fact that the kitchen opens to the back porch. It was just perfect.!
The house has everything a family needs!!!
I would rent this house again if i ever go back to Aruba.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Once we got home from the airport, we were pleased to find a brand new looking home, beautifully and tastefully furnished, lots of plasma TVs for my husband and children, and an incredible backyard. The house is spacious, fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, and a pool area that will allow you to relax at any point of the day/night. On top of that, Kane was super helpful with any questions we had regarding the area and he suggested amazing restaurants right around the corner (you must visit Wacky Wahoo's which is just down the street!)
The beach is just a couple of minutes away, so we could come and go as we pleased. The house is right around the corner from the main attractions, and very easy to find.
We're already planning our next visit! Thanks Kane!

After planning my families trip to aruba thru this website, I found one home which met my requirements. Since it was my first time to Aruba I didn't know what to expect but upon arrival I was amazed by our beautiful house rental. My wife and kids felt at home with this very beautiful fully furnished home. After arriving we enjoyed the beautiful amenities of this home including the very comfortable beds and couches which came in handy after our long flight. My children relaxed in the beautiful pool and enjoyed the large Plasma and Playstation 3, which kept them entertained for hours. My wife was in love with the beautiful spacious kitchen set up, and after resting we realized we were just across the street from the beaches and palm beach area were we enjoyed shopping, dinning, and sun bathing. Our stay in aruba was perfect and we plan on returning very soon and booking with Kane. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your beautiful home.
