Paradise found! The Aina Nalu Resort is located in the heart of historic Lahaina Town considered the #1 Tourist Destination on Maui! As an owner of multiple condos at Aina Nalu (we must love it here!) we proudly boast being the recipient of two distinquished awards bestowed upon us by the Hawaiian Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. We received the GRAND OVERALL AWARD for our hawaiian essence found throughout the resort in the beautiful image and rebranding of old Hawaii , and also the HOSPITALITY AWARD OF EXCELLENCE in recognition of the beautiful use of color, textures, and feeling of aloha found throughout our resort.

Our condo offers extra privacy with it's second floor level location. Only the second floor condos at Aina Nalu offer cozy lanais for additional living space, and a lovely area to enjoy your morning breakfast, or to just sit and relax as night falls. We believe we've outfitted our condo to accommodate all the conveniences of home that we too have come to expect while travelling.

We're sure you'll enjoy the ideal proximity to all that Lahaina Towne has to offer. Just a short stroll brings you to Front Street where you'll find a myriad of charming boutiques, art galleries, award winning dining choices, live entertainment, and beautiful white sand beaches! The Lahaina Harbor also located on Front Street provides you easy access to all the wonderful water sport activities that Maui has to offer.

AMENITIES:

- 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with pull-out sofa to sleep 6 adults- with a pack-n-play available if needed (king in master, queen in guest room)

- For little ones, the unit is babyproofed with outlet covers

- A high chair, baby bathtub and umbrella stroller are provided for your daily routine

- The 'Activity Annex' includes: boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels

-'Family Game Night' supplies provided with a variety of games, cards, dice

- A DVD player will provide entertainment for 'Family Movie Night' (Rent $1 movies down the street at Foodland)

- 'The Insider's Guide to Maui': take advantage of our property managers' four years of living in Aina Nalu. They have compiled a binder on how to live like a local, the best beginner (and not-so-beginner) surf spots, live music/happy hours, and the best deals in town.

-We also have a double Burley stroller for rent for $75/week (includes drop-off and pick-up)

-For larger families/groups who need an additional unit, visit VRBO listing #369002 for a 1BD/1BA across the hall or VRBO listing #108399 for a 2bd/2ba downstairs and down the hall.

About The Owner

We purchased this condominium as new construction in 2006. Our permanent residence is in Marin County in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael is an insurance broker and Susan is a homemaker. We were married in Hawaii in 1985 and now have a 20 year old son and a 13 year old daughter. WE LOVE HAWAII - WE LOVE MAUI!

Why The Owner chose Lahaina

This condominium enables our family to live in Lahaina Towne, which is the site of the old Hawaiian Monarchy and the whaling capital of the early 1800's. We can shop, cook and barbeque without needing a car. There is casual dining, fine dining, art galleries, souvenir shops and an array of eclectic characters all within a few blocks. This resort is close to many historical Hawaiian sites as well as surfing and paddle boarding schools.

What makes this condo unique

Lovely landscaped grounds w/2 pools & jacuzzi. Second story corner unit with lanai. FREE wireless internet. Walking distance to beaches, shops & restaurants (Front Street). 3 flat screen TV's and A/C in all main rooms.

The unit was exactly as described and we were delighted with the location - both in terms of the services and activities within Lahaina as well as a 'base camp' for our daily adventures on Maui. We were able to walk easily to shopping and restaurants and anything not right in Lahaina was only a short drive away.

Well, our stay is coming to an end unfortunately. None of us are happy to be leaving and going back to such a cold winter back home. It's hard leaving such a beautiful place...you're very lucky to have this in your lives all the time.

I wanted to thank you and let you know that we enjoyed ourselves and we're already talking about our next trip back. "Maui time" is now our new slogan.

Clean, comfortable, great location and full of amenities

We stayed three nights and could not be more pleased. This unit is very clean and well kept. The pictures do not give it justice. You have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private balcony to rest on and a full kitchen. The closet was had beach chairs, boogies boards, mats, etc... The owners have thought of everything. We were very pleased.
The location is also walking distance from downtown.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
