This gated community and villas property is a tranquil getaway spot where you can wake up to the cool island breeze and the sound of birds chirping. A large swimming pool is on property and if you require an even more breath taking view, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, see the sunrise and feed the seagulls.
This comfortable one bedroom unit comes equipped with all furnishings, full kitchen, laundry facilities, Cable TV, internet access and phone system with free calls to North America & Europe. There is also a patio area perfect for a BBQ or to have a drink and relax during the evenings.
Everything worth while is either within close walking distance (the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, banks, grocery stores) or within a short ride (The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, Downtown Shopping, Art Galleries, night life and larger malls and movie theaters). Paradise awaits!

Great location, reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The bus stop is right outside the villa to take you downtown. For anyone wanting to save money, there's is a full kitchen where you can cook instead of eating out every day. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely stay there again! Although expect to pay about 20 for cab rides for wherever you're going. That seemed to be the rate throughout the island.

I've stayed at this apartment for 1 week and it was just perfect for me.. lots space, quiet and you just feel comfortable. I defenitly going back soon!.. Thank you so much for everything time was flying!

A Very Positive Experience

We, family of 3, travelled from Vancouver and stayed in this suite for 14 days during the recent (2012) spring break. As described in the website, this suite is nestled in a great location far removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Nassau!!! The neighbourhood was serene and the suite was relatively well maintained with cooking amenities/utensils. Staffs are excellent-Duran you are the man:)-and very eager to help! For the price, we’ll definitely stay in that suite again and highly recommend this place to anyone especially family visiting Nassau!!!

Thanks for the welcome gifts in villa. Vacation is good ,beach and fish market are nearly.Paradise island and Atlantis is 15 minutes by car .I will recommend your villa!

Great stay, great apartment, great host

We booked at the last moment, and Duran was extremely prompt and polite with his communications. He also provided a very useful written guide which contains everything you'll need to know about your stay at his delightful unit. Access was easy and Duran contacted us on arrival and during our stay to make sure everything was okay.
The apartment was spotlessly clean. It's a one-bedroom economy unit with a fully-equiped kitchen. It's in a gated community, around a one kilometre walk from the beach. Nearby (15 minutes walk) there's also a small group of stores (pharmacy with limited grocery range; liquor and fast food outlets). Wifi worked extremely well. There's also a colour tv with some cable channels in the bedroom.
We visited the Bahamas to have some quiet downtime rather than play tourist, so the unit suited our purpose. It's not really close to the tourist zone, and if you don't have a hire car you'll need to use taxis or the local jitney buses ($1.25 per trip, pay on exiting) to get downtown. Buses numbered 11 & 22 stop out the front. Duran was able to arrange a driver service which we booked for an early morning return trip to the airport. It was arranged promptly, arrived on time and delivered us without any problems.
The only minor downside to our stay was some nearby neighborhood dogs who barked during the night on occasion. Not something the host can control though

Duran was excellent in setting up this villa for my trip down to Nassau. The place was very clean, overall convenient and I would definitely stay here again or any other place duran has to offer.
