A home away from home!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was perfect in every way. Tim was easy to reach via phone, email and text. He accommodated our early check-in which was great. The place is beautiful and clean with incredible views of the Columbia River, Mount St. Helens and other mountains. The area was very quiet and felt safe. I walked and ran on the path along the river alone and felt comfortable. You would never think a large city is just a short drive away! We were also close to Hayden Island which had a Target, Safeway and many other shops. We enjoyed the large tv and wi-fi, as well as all of the kitchen amenities. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the bathrooms and closets were spacious. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to return someday!

We had a great time in Portland! Love the kitchen! The place was very clean, and major attractions were a shot drive from their property! We also liked having the in unit washer and dryer :) M.C. San Francisco, CA

I recently stayed with my husband and son and another couple. I was extremely impressed how helpful and kind the owner was. Brought up a crib for my son and was very accommodating. The pictures didn't do justice. Beds were GREAT and the mater bathroom. Kitchen was also fully stocked with fresh stuff. Very impressed and hope to stay again in the near future.

Great space!! Awesome location

This is a really great space and very comfortable and relaxing. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need for a home away from home is provided. The laundry was a lifesaver with 2 young kids. Having a secure parking space was also a plus. The location was really ideal, too---close enough to downtown, but just enough out of the way to be able to do great daytrips (Mount St. Helens, Vancouver and Columbia River Gorge/Mt. Hood) and still be able to avoid traffic. We did have some amazing views of Mount St. Helens right from the condo. My only tiny note is that since it's near the airport it can be a little noisy--but we were all so tired from having so much fun, no one lost a minute of sleep. Really great place!

Beautiful Condo w/Amazing Views

Our family with one teenager traveled to Portland to stay in this beautiful condo for the Christmas holidays. It felt like a home away from home. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. The condo was clean, accommodating, and spacious. There was a nice fireplace to keep us warm and cozy. The 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo. Each bedroom had large beds with nice bedding. There was even a small den area off the living room with additional sleeping area. Our teen used it to read and sleep sometimes. Everything was provided for cooking full meals. Wifi was also provided. The view from the living room and kitchen was beautiful. We also like the fact that there were nearby stores and restaurants. Tim was very nice and great to work with. We look forward to returning if we visit Portland again.

Amazing Condo, just outside of Portland, OR

I recently had to go to Portland, OR for work. I usually rent a hotel room, however, i came accross this condo and decided it would be great to have all of us girls say here instead of a few hotel rooms. It was so nice to have a place with three seperate sleeping areas, and two nice bathrooms. We were able to sleep better and feel like we were still at home. The place was clean, had a great view, and was only about 10 minutes drive from the convention center. Not only was it great, but Tim was great to work with. Easy to rent, very affordable, and comfortable. I would stay here again :)

Beautiful Condo w/Amazing Views - SO much better than a hotel

We travelled to Portland with another couple and were delighted to find this condo! For less than the cost of two hotel rooms, we enjoyed this beautifully appointed condo! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of condo for great privacy. Both rooms had large beds with wonderfully luxurious bedding. Each had its own large bathroom and the master included a step-in shower, which was ideal for our friend who has some physical limitations. The fireplace was a great addition, especially on rainy evenings. We cooked full meals and found all the cooking items needed fully stocked. Safeway is just a quick 5 min drive over the bridge, so that added to the convenience. There is also a small den area off the living room with an additional sleeping area. We didn't utilize it, but for others with kids, this would make a great sleeping spot! All in all, a perfect spot to stay and we look forward to returning!

2 Families share a weekend away

This condo exceeded our expectations. Our group consisted of 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby. The photos online are accurate-very updated, beautiful granite countertops and cozy place. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were way roomier than I expected and Tim and Sara even made out a great bed for the kids in the "office" space area. Tim was quick to answer any questions I had and they even accomodated my request to supply a suprise birthday cake when we arrived. Great job and thank you for wonderful stay!

Great Place!

My family stayed here for 4 nights in December. The condo is lovely with no problems parking and plenty of places for a walk. We did the 10 minute walk over to pick up the MAX for a ride into downtown one day. The public transportation system is great and you can see a lot of the city that way. The views of the river were lovely and the fireplace was a wonderful asset on those rainy Portland days. Tim was terrific in meeting us early when we arrived sooner than we had expected and while they live in the building, we didn't see them, but felt comfortable that they were accessible if we ran into any problems (which we fortunately didn't). Restaurants within walking distance are limited, but the condo is conveniently located to hopping in your car and driving to somewhere nearby or catching the MAX if you don't want to drive. The accomodations are luxurious and we all enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again.
