BARBARA S. UPE (East 63rd St. Bet.1st and 2nd Ave.) Charming 1BR apartment that is practical, excellent value, and is traditionally furnished in good taste. Bedroom has king size bed. Living room has an extremely comfortable Queen size sofa bed 2 matching leather club chair which are wounderful. Hence an excellent conversation area. Barbara’s is a very comfortable apartment with sensational closet space. Used solely for rental purposes this apartment is unencumbered with personal effects. The separate kitchen is modest no dishwasher but is windowed and has a microwave etc. Apartment has internet access. Elevator pre war building with laundry room. Very safe, very clean, pretty and secure, no doorman. . Barbara's is one of the most popular of our apartments.

The apartment turned out to be a very good choice. I needed an apartment for my parent who came into the City to see their new born grandson. The apartment is very large by NYC standards and very comfortable. The building is clean and desirable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
