The property was clean and ready for occupancy. The photos are accurate and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The house was perfect for our large party and very convenient to the beach and area attractions. We loved the location; you are at the beach and yet just far enough away from all the excitement in a quiet neighborhood. The local donut shop is awesome!

We enjoyed the home! We will definitely stay there again! Loved the location to the beach, grocery store and Thomas's donuts! Very comfortable and lots of room for sleeping! We didn't want to leave!

Exceeded my expectations. Decorated very nicely. Clean. Comfortable mattresses. Roomy bathrooms and closets. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely neighborhood and only a few feet from the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Lots of nice touches, i.e., puzzles, games, books, cute, beachy decor items. We felt safe and very "at home".

We liked having the carport to shade the car and my husband loved the fact that the light came on automatically when we drove up to the side entrance door at night.

Walking distance to the grocery and wonderful Thomas's. Convenient to many local restaurants where we had very good meals. Didn't really have any bad experiences,

We took our two little dogs just about everywhere. Many dog friendly locations. Made two trips to Seaside where you can dine outside and dogs are welcome around the area. Pier Park was much nicer than we expected. Dogs are allowed on the beach there and we took our little ones for a long walk every night around the shopping area. They made lots of new friends. There's also a beachside outdoor restaurant at the pier which welcomes your doggies. Food was good and people were friendly. Also went to the dog park at Frank Brown Park which is very close to Laguna Beach. Our pups enjoyed the socialization and running around off leash for awhile. We also went for a nature walk at Camp Helen State Park.

I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to stay.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying in this quiet little beach house for our summer vacation. The home is located on a quiet street with cute small beach houses, no high rises anywhere in sight. There are no condos or houses on the beach side of the road, so you get an unobstructed view of the ocean as you walk down to the beach. It's also on a quiet end of Panama City but just a short drive to Pier Park, shopping and restaurants. The location is great if you want to go to 30A or the East end of PCB. St. Andrews State Park is just a short drive as well. This home is only about 4-5 houses from the beach, so it's easy to get to the beach AND you can see the water when you walk out of the front door!

The kitchen is large and you'll have everything you need to cook meals. There's an outdoor grill as well for your cooking needs. There are 2 large full baths in this home which made life easy for our group of 7. The house looks small in the photos online, but actually is quite spacious. There's plenty of space to get away from each other if you need to. The porch area was a great little space for the teenagers in our group to sleep in every morning. The air condition is FANTASTIC and keeps the house very cool on hot summer days. There are beach chairs, umbrellas toys and other items available to house guests for use. The back deck is great for morning coffee. Cute decor and linens throughout. A very clean, comfortable home. Lots of room for parking. This home is also pet friendly, so your furry family members can make the trip too! We loved this home and had a terrific time. I would recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing beach vacation!

House is everything it is advertised and more. We love it and it is great for our dogs Tough for me to say but was worth the 16 hour drive. Towels & linens are first rate! Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay again without reservation.....

Nicely appointed. CLEAN! Larger than it looks on line. In a real neighborhood away
from the crowds. We had an excellent stay and were happy that the ocean was
crystal clear and that it was an easy walk to the beach.

Lovely home, great location. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. Property was well maintained and clean. The provisions (linens, bikes, beach things, grill) were all very nice. The little donut shop one block away has amazing homemade donuts. We also enjoyed fishing and the state park (some of the prettiest beaches in the world!)
We would highly recommend this location and property. You can get to all the beach activities but are away from the "party scene." It was a wonderful week!
