Comfortable, like home, perfect location and great owners

I have stayed at the Birds Nest twice now, both for extended visits to work in the area. I felt very much at home during both of my stays. The home is comfortable and well stocked and its quite easy to settle in for whatever you have planned. The location cannot be beat - I enjoyed the proximity to mountain bike rides along the east shore, visiting friends in South Lake Tahoe, but most of all living in North Lake Tahoe, the most wonderful part of the area. The condo is close to shopping, the fitness centers of Incline Village (I recommend High Altitude Fitness!) and anything you would want to do.
The master bath is fabulous! This definitely made my stay as well as the wonderful light coming into the living areas. If I had any questions or concerns the owners were quick to get back to me and help me out. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun Condo.

WOW, This condo has it all! Two stories, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gives this place room to roam. In addition to the open floor concept, there is everything you need to enjoy your stay already here. Nice dishes, enough silverware, barware and pots and pans to cook anything you want. The refrigerator is huge and new and the washer and dryer are so handy. The flat screen TV is huge and the living room is comfy. I will definately rent this condo again and again.

We had a great weekend at this condo! There were 8 of us staying there for some friends' wedding, and it was really nice, well stocked with kitchen utensils, and comfortable. Good location in Incline Village. Debby was super responsive whenever I had any questions, and prompt about returning the security deposit. Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation in Incline Village

We were a family of three generations and a dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. The location was perfect with excellent restaurants (especially Le Bistro) and stores nearby. Close proximity to the pool, private beaches, Sand Harbor Beach and the Hyatt Hotel Casino. The condo was very well furnished with comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels. It was a pleasure to cook in your kitchen that was stocked with every possible appliance and gadget, good crockery, glassware and flatware. It was truly a home away from home and we plan to return again. We have already recommended your condo to many of our friends. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend in January. We could not of picked a better place to stay. lets start with the condo; the place is beautful, newly remodeled appliances, tons of space and it's nice and warm. It was just two of us so we had plenty of room, but 6-8 people can easily fit into this place without feeling crammed. The location is just as good, it's close to anything and everything. great retaurants, casinos, ski resorts and lake tahoe all within a close radius to the condo. Lastly, the home-owners are very nice. We needed a place to stay last minute and they were MORE than helpful. If you ever need a place for a weekend/week i would definately suggest staying here over a hotel or any other cabin. i cant think of any problems or issues we had with this house. my fiance is hard to please when it comes to housing and lets just say she was more than pleased. When traveling to tahoe from now on, I will always look to stay here first.

We had a great vacation, and this condo definitely contributed. Not only was it clean, comfortable, and had plenty of beds and towels, it also had great toys for the kids, a washing machine and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen (pots and pans, utensils, cutting boards, etc). It was also located near to a couple of different ski resorts. We have absolutely no complaints.

Great accommodations, great location, great value!

This is a great condo in a marvelous location. The unit is easy to access, has everything you (and 5-7 of your closest family/friends) could want. We and another couple shared the condo for a week and had a great time. Comfortable beds, nice large screen TV, full kitchen and laundry room, what's not to like?
Just blocks from Lake Tahoe and less than 30 minutes from Reno, Carson City, Virginia City, Truckee, and South Lake Tahoe, this a great place to stay and see the entire Reno/Tahoe area. The Incline Village community is small but nice. A grocery store is close by, so you can easily cook all your own meals, or you can visit any of the restaurants in the area.
We did three short day hikes in the area, Skunk Harbor, Sand Harbor, and Taylor Creek, all highly recommended.
A drive all the way around the lake is something not to be missed as well.
There are many good restaurants in the area, including Lanza's, Jason's, and Log Cabin, all in Kings Beach (8-10 miles from the condo).
The owners are wonderful, easy to deal and communicate with. My wife and I are already planning another stay, this time with our extended family.
