This is my second time submitting a review of my stay the first one has not been posted.

This house was not clean at all, There was food in the fridge, liquor bottles under almost every bed, some empty some not, countertops were sticky, bed sheets needed to be changed immediately upon arrival. Marijuana was found on the last day in one of the bedrooms. Light bulbs missing throughout including the front porch and outside garage. Was told by cleaning lady there was a huge party with over 300 people prior to our arrival. This house does not sleep 14, furniture has changed as far as couches. Furniture needs to be steamed cleaned as it has stains everywhere. Very unhappy and relayed all of this to owner and still have heard nothing. Not my idea of gated community as the gate is always open and there is no one there attending it. I would be very careful before renting this property! This property could be great if they would update and clean!

My friends and I stayed here for 4 days , and it was the most wonderful experience. The house was so spacious and beautiful. There were many applicances and house supplies avaliable for the stay. We really enjoyed our time here and play on returning for the hoildays. i WOULD recommand this renter property to my other friends. It was worth the trip. !

We rented this house for a guy's weekend of golf and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider using this house again if I am ever in the area. The house has some cosmetic issues and some of the items are dated, but if you aren't big on looks this house is a great deal. My biggest concern was the neighborhood but looks can be deceiving. We never experienced anything that caused us to be alarmed. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this house or neighborhood is not for you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place for a large group I think this house is worth considering.

This home has lots of room for large groups (though I am not sure about claims for sleeping and dining seats for more than 10). The landlord was very prompt with any requests we had. The home is showing wear and tear; there are cosmetic boo-boos that are fairly easy to overlook if you are not looking for 4 star luxury. However, some attention should be given to kitchen supplies (no pot holders or dish towels, broken refrigerator door handles, missing dishwasher utensil basket, small quantity of silverware). Bring your own dish and hand soap (though laundry soap was plentiful). The sink and/or refrigerator leaks so the throw rug in front of it is always damp. The couches could use a steam cleaning but the beds were comfortable enough and bedding sufficient. When the microwave didn't work the landlord brought in a new one. He provided a second dining table and chairs enough for our party and was generally helpful, especially returning a late night call when we couldn't get the gate code to work. If you have very young children - toss a baby gate into your vacation packing as the stairs are quite steep and in the middle of the living area. Our 17 month old was naturally drawn to playing on them. This property fit our needs for this trip, but the cost per night is a bit on the high side for the condition it is in.

I used this house for my family while they visited Houston for my wedding.
The house is extremely Spacious. It has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and enough living space.
It has a nice medium size yard that can be used for receiving people.

The rental agent who helped us with the arrangements was very nice and cooperative.

Great place for a large family to stay while visiting Houston.

Conveniently located, huge house, great space, We all slept very comfortable, The gated neigborhood felt very safe and totally quite, Enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay in Houston. The house was very spacious and met our needs to visit Houston being in a very good location for what we wanted to do. We had a problem with the internet connection, but this was taken care of....
