Estive no estúdio em janeiro de 2013 com meu namorado. Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Além de bem espaçoso, o quarto estava limpinho e muito bem cuidado - sem nenhum cheiro de mofo. A vista da baía, do 20º andar, onde fica o estúdio, é bem bonita. Todos os equipamentos do quarto - TV, luzes, torradeira, ar condicionado - funcionavam perfeitamente bem. É uma pena que estive lá no frio, pois a praia em frente ao prédio, cujo o acesso é feito por uma saída privada diretamente da piscina, é bem bonita! A piscina e os serviços do térreo - tem uma lanchonete, máquina de comidas e bebidas, até cabeleireiro e um tipo de um spa - são bem legais. Destaque para o serviço gratuito de manobrista! Muito bom estar em algum lugar de Miami em que não tem que se pagar pelo estacionamento e, ainda, há sempre manobristas para pegar e levar o seu carro, 24h por dia! O único ponto negativo é o prédio, que é um pouco antigo - mas o único lugar que isso pode ser notado é nos elevadores - os proprietários, no entanto, já me informaram que estes estão em processo de troca e, até novembro, terão elevadores novinhos em folha! Aliás, gostaria de ressaltar o ótimo atendimento prestado pelos proprietários - Diego e Francesco. Eles foram ótimos desde o começo das negociações. Nos mandaram vários e-mails com dicas e foram sempre muito solícitos em resolver nossas dúvidas! Com certeza, indico o estúdio para meus amigos!

The listing was accurate cute and cozy studio. Only thing to throw me off were the sheets as the ones in the picture are very colorful and the ones me and my bf had during the stay seemed more dull, but nothing serious. The place was neat and clean everything that was there worked perfectly fine no complaint there; Also there was a ipod dock which was great. The light dimming lamps by the bed were great. Me and my bf didnt have any issues or problems checking in everyone was very polite and helpful. The place had free parking which was great since ive heard parking is expensive in Miami Beach. I would recommend this place to people, but only for 2 people the place doesnt seem big enough for more then 2 people, but very comfortable! The apartment was near everything we needed. The mall, the stores,restaurants and especially the beach which was wonderful!

I would never stay anywhere else in Miami!!

IDEAL. PERFECT. PARADISE.
LOCATION: Ideally located in between crazy South Beach and quiet North Beach. You are close enough to take advantage of South Beach’s clubs/food/shopping, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. And with free in-an-out parking you can get anywhere in Miami with ease. My car was always brought quickly and politely, nothing ever went missing and most of the drivers even crammed inside so I wouldn’t have to readjust my seat!
CLEANLINESS: In six nights, I never saw a single bug! This is a huge statement in Miami (I’ve lived there, I know). The apartment was spotless- surfaces, floors, mirrors and fresh linens were provided.
AMENITIES: The kitchen and bath had everything we needed. The water temperature and pressure were good. They’ve provided lots of clean storage space—two dressers and a closet.
COMMUNICATION: Correspondence with the owners and the management company was kind and efficient. The owners were always quick to respond to an email and the management company, which is located in the same building, was always willing to help if we ever needed anything. When we decided to stay an extra night--because it was so perfect--the owners and management company had everything organized so I just walked in and paid the remaining balance. Piece of cake.
Beyond all this, the studio was adorable! It was immaculately decorated and seemed much bigger than its square footage would suggest.
Only drawback- some of the elevators went out of service during our stay, but it was more comical than annoying.

Grandiose Aussicht auf die Skyline von Miami

Für uns (Familie mit 1 Teenie) war das Apartment ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Miami Beach/Miami und die angrenzenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und frisch. Die Schlafcouch war für unsere Tochter passabel, mit jeder weiteren Person wird es aber eng. Die Küche ist in der Tat klein, aber mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Gegessen wird am Tisch im Zimmer mit grandiosem Blick auf die Skyline von Miami und auf den Indian Creek unmittelbar vor der Tür, in dem sich sogar ein Delphin zeigte. Es gibt einen Zimmer-Safe. Super ist das Valet Parking im Haus. Den Dollar Trinkgeld beim morgendlichen Vorfahren des Mietwagens haben wir gern gegeben. Der Fahrstuhl in das im 17. Stock gelegene Appartment war dagegen nicht mehr allzu frisch, er wird aber nach Aussagen der Vermieter grundlegend überholt. Die Poolbar war in der (US-) Nebensaison geschlossen. Der Strand direkt hinterm Haus (begehbar über eigenen Zugang) ist nicht sehr breit, aber bestens zum Baden und Chillen geeignet.
Der Buchungsvorgang war sauber und unkompliziert, wie letztlich auch der Check in / out vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten schon vor unserer Ankunft immer rasch auf unsere Fragen per Mail reagiert. Es gab keinerlei Komplikationen. Für uns stimmte das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung. Wir können das Appartment für Miami-Beach-Besucher empfehlen.
Der Buchungsvorgang war sauber und unkompliziert, wie letztlich auch der Check in / out vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten schon vor unserer Ankunft immer rasch auf unsere Fragen per Mail reagiert. Es gab keinerlei Komplikationen. Für uns stimmte das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung. thank you for your nice review, we think you were very lucky to see the dolphin swimming in the Indian creek river and the fireworks from the unit on the Miami skyline are amazing ... we are sorry that the bar at the swimming pool was closed on July the 4th , in any case, thank you for recommend us to your friends, If you ever decide to come back you will find a new sofa, bigger and better than the one we actually have and the kitchen will be remodeled so to have more space, thank you once again for your kindness in writing the following comment:
"We (family with a teen), the apartment is a good starting point for exploring Miami Beach / Miami was and the adjacent sites. The room is large enough and lovingly decorated. Everything was clean and fresh. The sofa bed was passable for our daughter, with any other person but it is narrow. The kitchen is small , but equipped with all the necessities. Meals are served at the table in the room with fantastic views of the skyline of Miami and the Indian Creek just before the door, where was even a dolphin. There is a room safe. Super is the valet parking at the house. The dollar tip during the morning ancestors of the car, we have gladly given. The elevator to the 17th Floor apartment situated on the other hand was not too fresh, but it is overhauled, according to the landlord. The pool bar was closed in the (U.S.) holiday. The beach directly behind the house (accessible via its own access) is not very wide, but perfectly suited for swimming and chilling out. The booking process was clean and uncomplicated, as ultimately the check in / out on site. The owners are very nice and helpful. They had been prior to our arrival always responds quickly to our questions by email. There were no complications. We agreed the relationship between price and performance. We can recommend the apartment for Miami Beach visitors."

With its good location you can go on the beach anytime you want. And free parking is available. That is very helpful, if you want to rent a car in Miami.

Für Pärchen absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Apartment ist für Pärchen absolut empfehlenswert, wir werden wieder kommen und danken den Vermietern für die Gastfreundschaft und die gute Betreuung. Die Vermieter haben alles perfekt organisiert und sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen per Mail freundlich geantwortet. Der Check in und Check out war unkompliziert und ging sehr schnell. Das Apartment liegt im 17. Stock eines Hochhauses/ Hotels und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf Miami. Auf der Etage befindet sich eine Münz-Waschmaschine. Im Untergeschoss findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt mit dem Notwendigsten. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Poolbar. Vom Poolbereich gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Da das Parken in Miami relativ teuer ist, war es von großem Vorteil, dass der Parkplatz inklusiv ist und man sich nicht um das Parken kümmern muss. Die Stadt und viele Shopping Malls sind sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung war gepflegt. Auf Wunsch konnte man einen extra Reinigungsservice bestellen. Handtücher wurden auf Wunsch jeden Tag frisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist klein, aber man findet alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, Microwelle, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Fön, Fernseher, Stereoanlage – alles was das Herz begehrt! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.
