Great place quiet and everything we needed. We rented with another couple but both bedroom very sound proof. Never heard anyone walking upstairs when your in the bedroom. Will rent again.

My family of 5 (myself, wife, 3 year old, 15 month old, 12 year old) stayed here for the week.
The 12 year old slept in the loft and he loved it. We had plenty of room to spread out and move around. The condo is very clean and looks to be fairly new. The A/C kept the place very cool 70 degrees. We could not be happier with the condo.
The community is gated and has a private beach access. The beach was much better than going to a public beach access. We were not able to use the water park at the hotel because we were not hotel guests, but the pools and beach access at the resort was wonderful.
The beach is about a 15 minute walk, or a 1 minutes drive with plenty of places to park. the golf cart was an added bonus. My kids loved to ride in it and it made trips to the beach more fun.
The best part of this condo was the cleanliness, the large rooms & kitchen, the gated community, and the private beach access.

We had a wonderful time and liked the location. We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament at the Ripken experience. Using the golf cart was a great option for us to go back and forth to the pools and ocean. Our only concern was we were not sure if the golf cart was charging. The only thing we needed to bring was food. Everything else was provided including sheets and towels. We are looking forward to going back next summer.

Great Place for Myrtle Beach Stay

Keith was very good at communicating the entire process. We had 0 issues. The Condo is as pictured & described. The condo is very clean, spacious
& comfortable. The beach is a short walk (7-10mins) or a 2 minute ride in the golf cart.The beach has golf cart parking so you can drive from the condo right to the beach! The condo is stocked with a lot of items. All you need to bring is food, drinks & your clothes & bath items. My son loved the golf cart, the beach chairs & the surf boards. The area is quiet & well maintained. There is a ice cream parlor & pizza place that you can walk too. The volley ball courts & tennis courts are very nice as well. We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation
& staying at the same place ( hopefully Keith has the week open :)). I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing vacation. The Apache Pier is also within walking distance for fishing & great views. The ocean/ beach area was very clean & not to crowded. Shopping, grocery, restaurants
, are all very very close as well. The golf course is within walking distance as well. Overall we had an excellent time ! Thank You very much Keith for an awesome vacation spot! We hope to stay here again soon. Thanks- Alan,Deborah & Tyler.

Very Nice Rental

First trip to Myrtle Beach was wonderful... I found the rental unit to be very clean and comfortable for a family of 5 - the beds were comfortable (no squeaky beds or mattress) and it had a loft sofa bed with new full mattress, which acted like a 3rd bedroom with its own closet and tv (great for my 17 year old), full kitchen, and best of all the unit had a full washer/dryer.. a definite must for my vacation rental. The unit also supplied a beach umbrella and beach chairs.
Parking is very conveniently located right outside the unit, just like walking out to your driveway.
The first day I noticed the coffee pot leaked, so I contacted the owner, Keith. Keith responded quickly, and I had a new coffee pot delivered the next day. Keith responded quickly to all my questions prior to renting his unit, and also to any email inquiries during my stay.
I definitely would have liked to stay in an ocean front property, but didn't want to pay the ocean front price. The Embassy Suites is an ocean front property located in the Kingston Plantation, and we were able to use the property pools and towels, so it felt like we were staying at the Embassy Suites. There is a smaller pool near the unit, but we preferred to use the Embassy pool facilities.
It only takes a couple of minutes to drive to the hotel or a short 5-10 minute walk. Wasn't sure if were we able to use the plantation shuttle.
The Kingston Plantation is a really nice property, and I would recommend staying in the Kingston Plantation and in this unit.

This condo is the best vacation spot I have stayed at. We all enjoy the flat screens In every room, the recliner chairs, the big whirlpool tub in the master suite, and most of all it had everything we need from everything to cook with, papertowls, foil, and ect. Basically everything you have at home was there plus more. We didn't have to spend any extra money on anything for da place!! Yes it was a little walk to the beach but not even a 3 min. ride if you just drive. Also it was so peaceful and had plenty of security. I know for a fact I will be taken the kids there at least once a year, and doing our private getaway there as well!!! Thanks so much!!!

After many visits to Myrtle Beach staying in overpriced hotels, we tried the Kingston Plantation condos. The location is handy to shopping areas and restaurants. We don’t like to spend our vacation driving around. This property was very clean and well furnished. Two baths and several rooms are a necessity when you bring a teenager and grandma on vacation. Our fourteen year old loved the loft and now wants a loft at home. We liked the patio and the quiet areas. The large kitchen/dining/living area has everything you could need and we were very much at home during our stay. The flat screens & washer/dryer were a definite bonus. We biked on the beach and next to the nearby golf course. The heath facility racquetball courts are first class. It’s a short pleasant walk to the beach and there are no parking garages or wet hallways to transverse. The beach, pool, and Water Park at the embassy suites are fantastic. There was some cute entertainment at the pool and the water park looked nice, but our son was “too grown up”. He did find some other soccer players on the beach. This property is like living at the beach in a very nice neighborhood. This is the place to avoid the crowd and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Based on feedback from our renters, we have added an 8" top mattress to the pull-out bed in the loft. We are also looking at buying a golf cart to have ot available for renting...just wonderding how many folks would be interested.

Somewhat Disappointed

Unit is farther than a short walk to the beach (especially carrying floats, cooler etc). Rented a golf cart from AJAX rentals to get us where we needed to go ($243.00 that we didn't plan on spending). Loft bed was not comfortable and was not usable. This was one of the main reasons we chose this unit and then ended up not being able to use the bed. Could have rented a 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms for less and saved myself a good bit of money. This unit is NOT for the elderly or those with health conditions as you are constantly going up and down the steps. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities on bottom floor and kitchen, living area and dining area on upper floor and then loft is up on the next floor. Owner was very accomodating by letting us check in earlier than expected. Unit was well stocked with hand soap, towels, wash clothes, pillows etc. Photos depict exactly what the unit looks like, but notice there is not picture of the bed in the loft. Great vacation, but would not rent this unit again.

Great Condo...Great Location

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation before and have never been disappointed. This condo was everything that was promised and more. It was recently remodeled and was very clean. The split levels allowed people to be in the living room while others were in the downstairs bedrooms without hearing noise. It had all the needed amenities and the photos depicted the actual condo. The ocean is a short walk and the pool for Cumberland Terrace was a nice change in the late afternoon. When we return to Myrtle Beach, I will be contacting Keith again for a rental. Provided all the information needed for the rental and was very accommodating. Thank you!!
