We loved this place. I came with a big group of friends and wasn't sure we'd all fit -- but there was more than enough room. Three floors, two large great rooms, and lots of comfy beds. Plenty of dishes, towels, and basics like shampoo etc so no need to buy anything. The guitar was a great touch, we had a lot of fun jamming on the couch by the fireplace. I think the house looks even better in person than in the pictures, very clean, new and bright. The best thing is that everyone was so impressed with me for finding it, they all raved about it and asked how I'd discovered it (some wanted to get the link so they could book it for their own getaways!). The owners were very responsive and we felt the price was right. We skied at Heavenly and it was a really close drive (plus parking at Heavenly is super easy...time from house to slopes was less than 20 min). The only thing that was even remotely lacking was a hot tub -- if the owners invest in one this place will be off the charts perfect :) I would stay here again with another big group in a heartbeat.

This cabin was amazing. From the moment we all walked in we were awestruck by the amount of openness throughout the three floors. The main floor was spread out enough that we could all eat dinner within earshot of each other. The furniture was comfortable, clean, and up to date. The pool table, WII, TV, and Foosball table were where the teens spent most of their time.
We had two families with a total of 10 adults and two teens. The downstairs was a life saver for the adults. The kids had plenty to keep themselves busy on the first floor, as mentioned above, and the third floor provided enough privacy and solitude that the parents could get our much needed sleep.
The description of the house was well put together in the advertisement. We did have an issue with the barbecue not working properly, but other than that, the unit was top notch! (A simple call to the management company and they were already looking into it). The beds were clean and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms were all updated and spacious. If you have a big group of people looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is the spot to pick. Keep in mind you are a short drive away from the Heavenly Ski Resort (5 miles) and the State-line casinos. It doesn’t get much more convenient than that. Plus, you are far enough off the main drag that it is super quiet.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Our stay was for my mom's wedding weekend, and the house was perfect for hosting our family reception. All guests raved about the house, ie. size, kitchen, decor, deck, game room, view etc!

The wide open floor plan provided ample room and allowed the family members staying with us, and visiting, to never feel crowded. Tons of room to sit and visit on the main floor, as well as downstairs in the game room. Dance Party on the Wii was a huge hit with the little one's, all girls age 5 and under!

Simply put, the house is amazing, and we cannot wait to come back again in the near future! I would recommend this home for any vacation.

Had a family reunion of 18 members. House was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Enough room for dining for all of us to be in one room. With 2 great rooms, you never felt crowded. Very nice furnishings and very comfortable, many of us took afternoon naps on the couches. Kitchen was equipped with enough utensils for all of us and there were many different size pots and pans, serving plates etc. We were so surprised to find so many different usable kitchen items that you wouldn't expect in a rental home. Outdoor deck was great for outside lounging with great views of the open pine forest. Every window seemed to have a fantastic view of the tall pine trees. As described, great hiking trails just a few steps away. Great for morning or evening walks. Highly recommend this house for your large group.

We stayed in the summer and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very quiet location with nice hiking trails and water nearby. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Many homes we have rented in the past don't seem to care about the mattresses. The owner's have made sure everything feels like home. Great views from the kitchen and the entire back of the house. The master suite is beautiful as well.
