We recently visited this property during our trip to Disney and will definitely be back. The location is great! The area is much quieter than the other areas we had contemplated staying at (there is a large open field with cows across the street from the complex entrance), but it is a quick drive to get the the parks, and we never hit any traffic. You can take a back road pretty much the whole way to the parks that has no traffic and no traffic lights- no need to get on the interstate. Depending on the park we were going to, it would take us between 10 and 15 minutes to get to the parks. It was nice to be able to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful after spending all day at the parks.
The condo itself was also great. It was very nicely sized- huge master bedroom, master bath and walk-in closet in the master suite. I was just traveling with my husband, but this will be a great place to bring kids in the future. The second bedroom and bathroom is down a separate hallway, and there is a door leading to that hallway, so the entire area can be shut off from the rest of the house (or you can leave it open if you have younger kids). That is a great feature for families traveling with older kids or if you are traveling with friends. It is almost like a second separate unit within the condo. We only visited the pool once, but it was very nice and clean and is just a short walk across the parking lot to get to. The condo has a screened in patio off the back of the unit that overlooks a large grassy area and some natural/wooded areas- no parking lot or apartment views out here! It was nice to be able to relax out here in the evenings with dinner or a glass of wine.
Less than a mile away there is a shopping center with a Publix (fyi- you don't have to have a rewards card to take advantage of sales here), a Papa John's (great to get delivery after a long day at the parks) and a Chinese restaurant. Diagonally across the street from that shopping center is another shopping area with a CVS and a Dunkin Donuts. Great place to stop for morning coffee on the way to the parks if you don't feel like brewing it yourself at the condo. About 2 miles away headed towards Champion's Gate there is Chili's if you are looking for a a restaurant to go to without having to go into town.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Orlando/Lake Buena Vista area, and we will definitely be back!

Very nice, clean, well appointed condo! Spacious kitchen and bathrooms, a great place to hang out. Property management takes very good care of the place, prompt responses the property owner too! HDTV in the living room as well as the bedroom. All in all we would highly recommend, a great option for those wanting to do Disney. One small suggestion would be to put more dish detergent for the week we were there.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was quite spacious, had all the amenities we needed and more! It was so nice for us to be able to spread out instead of being cramped in a Disney studio hotel room. My boys (9 and 6) had their own bedroom which they loved. The condo was very clean and the property well taken care of. We loved going to the pool, and everyday we went there we met some lovely people from all around the US, Canada, and Great Britain. I didn't expect it to be so close to Disney so we were very happy with that as well. It was also close to other amenities such as restaurants and grocery stores. Bruno was great to deal with. I would recommend this place to others, and we plan on coming back again next time we are in Florida!

The condo was absolutely perfect, it was very clean and very modern. It was literally 10 minutes from all the Disney parks and about 30 minutes from Lego Land. After a long day of touring it was great to dive into the condos massive shared pool! Not only would we rent this location again...we would highly recommend it to others looking for an affordable Disney experience.

We just got back from our vacation and I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. It was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and the location was perfect. We were able to get to all the Disney parks, Universal, Downtown Disney, even Cocoa Beach with no trouble. It is only about 4 minutes from I-4 which leads to everything. The nearby grocery store was very convenient for us. The complex was clean and secure and the pool was wonderful. My daughter, her girlfriend, and I felt completely safe no matter what time we came home from the parks. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay there if ever again in Orlando. Also we never faced any problems but the owner and rental agency were both kind and helpful and checked to be sure everything was fine, which it was. Thanks again for a terrific vacation!

This was our first time renting a condo for vacation so we were a little concerned about whether what we saw online would meet our expectations when we arrived. The condo far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. It is a beautiful space, just as the photos show, and very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home immediately. The furnishings and decor were perfect and the kitchen was bright and clean and equipped with everything we needed. The condo community is gated and well maintained and the pool area is also very nice.

We were planning to go to Legoland as well as some of the Orlando attractions and this location was perfect -- close by to Interstate 4, the main artery, so you can easily get anywhere but it's outside the tourist traffic.

Bruno, the owner, was super fantastic -- he made the whole process very easy and was responsive to email and phone inquiries. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're planning a return trip in the spring and will definitely be looking to book this condo again. I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is great! I was in the Orlando area for a golf tournament and this spot was perfect. It slept 3 very comfortably and had room for 2 more no problem. All the appliances were up to date and worked properly and overall it was a nicely maintained and comfortable condo. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This is a nice size condo with everthing you need provided to you minutes from all attractions and restaurants very quit upscale hated for security owner provided everthing that was needed no dislikes will stay again and again
