This is the only rental house on the island in the section where the resorts, hotels and condos are located and where you have the complete property to yourself.
Your view will be from a raised beach area to the reef protected sea on the South Side / West End of Cayman Brac. There are several fishing and dive boats moored in front of the house adding to the beautiful water scene for you to enjoy everyday.
This house was built by a doctor in 1997 and the couple made it there residence for ten years. I purchased the house in 2007 and in 2009 moved in and made it my residence for three years. This house offers EVERYTHING you could want. Beautiful furniture, fixtures and decorations throughout. Complete with stainless steel appliances, large flat screen TV's with RGB and HDMI connections for your laptops. Ipod dock, High Speed Wireless internet. A computer printer with paper and extra cartridges, central a/c, dishwater, blender, coffee maker with timer, microwave, washer, dryer, Complete with linens, bath and beach towels. The property offers three bedrooms in the main house and a fourth bedroom in the detached studio apartment. The foyer, dining, kitchen and living area completed with an open layout. Tile floors and high end fixtures throughout. Fully equipped with all of the amenities one would expect from a finer home.
The master bedroom (king size bed) has it own change and bath area and it opens on the opposite side to the sea through two Anderson full glass patio doors. The doors open to a covered open air patio. When the wind blows you can open the doors and be put to sleep by listening to the gentle waves hit the shore as the tropical breeze flows through the room.
There’s plenty of shade and tropical breeze as you relax in the seats or recline in the chase loungers under the large raised open air pergola which is twenty feet from the water. The pergola is surrounded by mature coconut trees and other lush vegetation, the front is kept open so as not to distract from the view of the ocean. You could also take a little nap in one of the hammocks, perhaps the one ten feet from the water tied between two coconut trees.

Listen to the never-ending rhythm of the gentle rolling waves and feel the cooling breezes as you enjoy the warm sunshine and stunning sunsets any time of the year. There is plenty of privacy and you'll enjoy the small yellow songbirds and the island's native brown booby and frigate birds that seem to enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings. The visibility in the water is incredible and the coral reefs endless. The low temperature of the water in mid winter is 78F so you can swim all year long. The most difficult part of your vacation will be packing your sandals and leaving this absolute tropical paradise and the fine comfortable accommodations of the house.
Free food, and sundry supplies: When you arrive you will find your accommodations stocked with at least the following items: coffee, tea bags, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer, a large inventory of spices, cooking oils, baking goods, paper towels and bath tissue. For those who want to have some shopping completed for them you can choose the ‘additional items option’ for $100 and you will have stocked for you these additional items: two dozen eggs, Frozen toaster waffles, Syrup, Frozen breakfast potatoes, Bacon, 1 loaf of wheat bread, Butter or Margarine, Chips, 6 pack Coke, 6 pack Diet Coke, 1 bottle of champagne or a nice sparkling wine, 6 pack of Heineken, 1 bottle of rum. Lettuce, onion, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, Caesar and light Italian salad dressing some banana’s,. Isn't it nice to know you can arrive any time of the day put your belongings down and begin to immediately unwind and enjoy your surroundings?
