Beautiful, fully furnished, spacious oceanfront condo is available for your next fun-filled Florida get away. The newly furnished living room and bedrooms have screened-in balconies with great views of the beach and pool. Brand new flat screened TV with cable and wireless internet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Our condo is just steps away from white, powdery sand where you can go for long walks on the beach, play and swim in the Gulf of Mexico, or just relax in the sun. On-premise amenities include heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, pool table, game room, shuffleboard, covered parking and gas grills. A golf course is located nearby or take the island trolley to the pier for live entertainment or head to the nearby estuary to canoe and kayak. About The Owner

We live in NW Ohio and escape to our condo whenever possible. It's our favorite 'happy place'. Our three children grew up vacationing in Ft. Myers Beach and now love returning there as young adults. We treasure the memories we've made there and hope you will enjoy yours as well.

What makes this condo unique

One of our favorite things to do is walk the beach early in the morning and watch the dolphins swimming. They can be so playful! Another great time to walk the beach is during low tide. It's always amazing to us the ocean treasures we see and how the beach continues to change. We love sitting on our balcony after a day on the beach and watching the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico. The view is truly breathtaking!

Great location, spacious and relaxing

My husband and I stayed at this condo and had a wonderful time. It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures and there is a balcony off every room. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great- close to the restaurants and shopping but far enough away that you don't have to battle the constant traffic. It is also close to Lover's Key which we really enjoyed. The building the condo is in is very quiet- often we had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. The condo was clean, well-maintained and the owners were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo and I look forward to going back someday.

Fabulous location. We stayed here for a family get together and had a wonderful time. Enjoyed walking to the beach especially for the sunsets. Beautiful even at night when the moon illuminates the beach view. Comfortable, convenient location. Will go back again. Well maintained and clean.

Fantastic sunsets and a baby dolphin!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation in Ft. Myers staying in this condo. My husband and I stayed here with our two young children. It was so nice to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening without having to leave the condo (our kids go to bed early). The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed, the family room furniture was soo comfortable and there was a new flat screen TV to watch after the sun went down! The beach is just fantastic and a wonderful "walking beach" since it is fairly flat. Probably the coolest part of our trip was watching a mom and baby dolphins swim just a few feet from the shore every morning. We've taken a lot of beach vacations and have never gotten so close! One note for other families with young children: we rented a crib for our daughter and were delighted to find that it fit comfortably inside the master bedroom closet. This allowed us to separate the kids...so that everyone slept longer! As far as community areas go - we so enjoyed the pool and putting green and the group BBQ area was new and very nice! Can't wait to stay here again and we would HIGHLY recommend condo to anyone.
