My wife and I have always had a special love for the Florida Keys and subsequently acquired this wonderful Vacation Rental Duplex as an addition to our portfolio of vacation oriented properties. We have 30 years of motel hospitality experience in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and we are bringing that experience to our new property in Key Colony Beach, Florida. We have recently upgraded our property for your enjoyment. We are fortunate to have a most wonderful property manager (Leslie) help us with our southernmost and we are confident that she will assist you with all your needs while you enjoy our wonderful house in the Keys. We look forward to hearing your feedback about your stay, and if you are interested in visiting Maine, please get in touch with us. By Owner John R. Lapointe
Our decision to purchase this property was based on our long list of our own vacation preferences: waterfront, canal with boat dockage, a quick jaunt to Key West, close views of Shelter bay, which takes your breadth away with its aquamarine colors (makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean), close to Sunset Park, walking distance to our favorite haunts like Sparkey's, Cabana Club, and Key Colony Inn Restaurant, and at the quiet end of the street with a private pool and backyard overlooking the water without neighbors glued next door.
CARIBBEAN COLORS EVERYWHERE, we see the most spectacular sunsets here in Key Colony Beach, plus it's a hop and a skip to great places to eat with Island ambience.
