We loved the villa very much. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was awesome and worth having the heater on because it did get a bit chilly at night. The drive into town and to go to Disney was approx. 10-15 minutes away. I would not hesitate to stay in this villa again. I am fussy when it comes to pillows so I packed mine but discovered that I didn't need to because the pillows were great.

Just a note to say we (family of 6) recently stayed at Hilda's home for a week on a get-away from northern Iowa. We were a little apprehensive as we have never done anything other than hotels. Needless to say, this was 100% better and felt just like being at home without the snow. The house was very clean, very nicely furnished, and just as advertised.
We talked to Hilda directly and were very impressed with her. Our next trip to Florida will definitely start with a call to see if we can rent from Hilda again.

First of all, Hilda, you are awesome and provided answers to any questions that I have almost immediately. Much appreciated.
Six of us (Myself, wife, two kids and my parents) stayed at this house for a week and was great! It has all the comfort of home in this house. Almost like we never left our own home. The kids love the pool and had a hard time getting them out of the pool. All six of us love your home and the amenities it has to offer.
We definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about coming down to Disney/Orlando area. We would definitely come back to this house again and hopefully sooner rather than later.

Fantastic vacation home away from home! My family and I stayed at Hilda's villa for 5 nights. Best vacation ever! Very clean and spacious home, highly recommended for those who want to feel at home. Hotels are so out if possible!
House amenities were on point, nothing was lacking. Upon returning from the theme parks, we were able to come in and relax as though we were in our own home. The children loved it so much, that we will be returning in July 2012. Thanks Tanner's for a fantastic stay!

Great vacation villa!

My family and I stayed at Hilda's villa for 4 nights and it had all the convenience of home. It was nice and spacious, especially since it was only the 3 of us. The couches were comfortable and the bed in the master bedroom was according to my wife, "heavenly." I liked how there were plush toys on the single beds for my daughter to play with. Before we left, I had to buy her a Thumper plush doll since she didn't want to part with the one at the villa. My family and I enjoyed the pool the most. There were even pool toys to play with. Thanks Hilda for making this trip so memorable!

~Perfect Home Away From Home Get-A-Way~2011

Recently , we decided to do something alittle different for the family going on vacation, and should I mention , it was the best vacation ever! I highly recommend anyone wanting to feel at home while being on vacation, this is the place to be! Not only that , but the home, as it is described, it's very (spacious for children),very clean and very well maintained! Also the distance to all the attractions for the children was great! We visited wet and wild, busch gardens , adventure golf,family in tampa, and last but not least we loved sitting by our own private pool and enjoying the beautiful weather, especially this early in the yr and being from the North(Rain)! Being the first time ever renting a home away from home, I must say , I am hoping this very same Villia , is available for our next vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. The location was excellent due to it's proximity to restaurants and golf courses.Several of our friends are winter residents of Davenport,this allowed us to visit them.
We played golf all over central Florida in places like East Orlando,Winter Haven,Lakeland,Clermont and Wildwood.
We really appreciated the cleanliness and comforts your home offered. The pool was magnificent a great place to relax,and swim the water temperature was very comfortable and it made it very easy for one to enter..
We are looking forward to returning for another pilgramage to Cental Florida next year.
We played golf all over central Florida in places like East Orlando,Winter Haven,Lakeland,Clermont and Wildwood.

Excellent vacation home that our entire family enjoyed. Very spacious home that allowed five of us to unwind after full days at Disney. House amenities well thought out and came in handy as our 14 year-old required a visit to Urgent Care during our stay. Information book put together by the owners was detailed and reflects the care they put into setting up this house to help our entire family feel right at home. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Great family gathering!

Rented the Villa for 2 weeks to enjoy Disney World with the kids and grandson. There were a total of 8 of us coming/going over the period. The Villa accomodated us very well with a large family room attached to the kitchen as well as a large living room. Of course the 4 bdrms and 3 baths were also wonderful. Also, the close proximity to D W is recommended. The first 2 weeks of Feb. are not particularly warm in FL but we paid for pool heat and thus the pool was thoroughly enjoyed. While there the grounds people fertilized the brown grass and started the sprinklers...before we left everything was green. All in all, just having come from snow and below zero temps in Montana it was a delightful experience. Would recommend the Villa for a large family or a close-knit family reunion or for a D W vacation.

The property is exactly as nice as described. Clean and well-outfitted. The gated community is secluded and lovely for walks or just lounging by your pool at the back of the house. The interstates are easily accessible. We traveled to Saint Augustine for the day and had plenty of time to thoroughly enjoy the city and get home in time for a dip in the pool before bed. All the Orlando attractions are close by and therefore easy to get to before they are too crowded later in the day. We have to return to visit the other attractions we didn't have time to see; The Morse Museum in Winter Park has a Louis Comfort Tiffany collection I wish to see, the horse racetrack, and Daytona's Museum and Experience.
The local restaurants are very affordable and supply tasty food. The local grocery stores are WalMart and Publix and the prices are normal, not tourist traps. All in all a lovely vacation.
