Our Winter get Away

We were very pleased with our choice of a winter escape residence. The home was almost exactly as described in the listing description. Although we only had two quite minor problems during our 4 month stay the owner reacted immediately and problem solved.
The house was very clean and well maintained although showing it's age in some areas. A minor refresh would address this issue. There is only one lawn chair besides the two Adirondack chairs for the back. There are adequate beach related chairs and equipment.
The only criticism we would offer is the lack of an area to sit outside. The front porch is small and the back has a deck where a hot tub has been removed. It is almost grown in and needs some sprucing up. The only other draw back was that the house is situated on a very busy street with a lot of vehicular traffic.
I would very definitely recommend this property to any one looking for a quality home with reasonable access to the beach and most required amenities close by.

Enjoyed the house and our time in florida... Thanks for such a warm welcoming and a wonderful goodbye... I realized checkout was at 10 am but we had an emergency back home so we locked the house up early and dropped the keys off at approx. 7:30 this morning at the management co. In the drop box sorry for any inconveinence... Once again thanks for the used of the house.... Hopefully see you next year
