A Week in Paradise

My daughter and I had a fantastic week at the beach, relaxing and reading and taking long walks. This was the perfect setting for that. The pictures of this darling condo just don't capture the wonderful atmosphere. Steve and Sherry were great. If you're looking for a little more personal attention, suggestions for where to eat, etc., they are fantastic hosts. The condo is perfectly stocked with everything you could possibly need. All that was left to do was just relax and enjoy. Sherry's decorating is wonderful. Almost every day I would notice something new. The lanai is so gorgeous that I was inspired to come home and re-create that kind of atmosphere on my deck. Just like the pictures, word don't suffice. Everything was practically perfect, and I'm anxious to return. Thank you, Steve and Sherry!

Girls Trip

I had my bachelorette party in Los Angeles with five girlfriends. We did the Hollywood Run, went to Venice Beach, relaxed at the beach and went to a concert at the Staples Center. The house was clean, quiet, and the owners were very accommodating. I recommend this listing as a great place to get together with friends & relax. My husband and I plan on returning next year.

Our stay at Sherry and Steve's condo could not have been better! Sherry and Steve are gracious and accommodating hosts. Rarely do we meet an owner on arrival! The condo was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for our Spring break in Playa del Rey. The weather was pretty cool so we really appreciated the patio heater and the gas fireplace in the family room. The cozy blankets provided made us even more comfortable. We used the kitchen every day and it was not lacking in any way. The grill was nice for our steak BBQ.
Our kids had so much fun at the beach - they didn't want to leave - even to go to Disneyland! The beach closet was stocked with boogie boards, chairs, buckets, shovels, umbrellas, footballs, frisbees, volleyball and more. We used almost everything in the closet and made the most of our week there.
We enjoyed one afternoon strolling the 3rd Street Promenade and did some shopping and had dinner on the Santa Monica Pier. We also had dinner at Tandoor-a-India one night. Great Indian food!
We loved our stay and hope to return someday. Thanks again for everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is just right outside of the backyard. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all in excellent conditions. Sherry and Steve are great host. Highly recommend it.

Great spring break in Playa del Rey!

My kids and I really enjoyed our vacation in LA while staying at this condo. Very clean and comfortable. Easy airport access. We loved the beachfront access and even saw dolphins from the shore. It was much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel! Would recommend it to everyone!

Felt like home!

We were traveling for business. Rather than stay in a hotel, we decided to try a home vacation rental. We had never done that before and were a little apprehensive. What a wonderful choice. This was such a great home and the owners were wonderful to work with. It felt like being at home. It had all the amenities one could ask for or think of. The location and view were great. The home was beautifully decorated. I just wished I could have enjoyed it more. I am planning on returning with my husband so we can enjoy this awesome home. Thank you so much for opening your home and the hospitality you showed us.

Wonderful Beach House Vacation

We rented the top and bottom condos recently for a group of family and friends visiting the USA for our sons wedding. The condos were even better than their excellent photo's, real home from homes. We greatly appreciated all the little extras provide and thought the homes beautiful both in decor and location. The owners just couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
After the wedding we did a lot of relaxing on the beach in the glorious weather and some site seeing including Disneyland and Universal Studios , as well as a baseball game at the Angels Stadium.
Eating out was also exciting and places visited locally included The Shack for great burgers, Cantallinis and Tony P"s at Marina Del Rey. We also had a great family barbecue using the excellent facilities provided at the condos . We would have no hesitation in recommending these beautiful well equipped condos and have already done so with some American friends before leaving the USA.

All of us had a wonderful stay. The lower unit that we stayed in was very well maintained and clean. Well equipped from kitchen to closet of beach umbrellas & boogie boards, to make everyone have a great beach home experience. Owner Sherry was very kind and informative from first day with directions to last day of our stay. The only thing missing from this unit is ceiling fans in the bedrooms, & perhaps a bicycle or two. Otherwise, it's everything you could ever want. The home is perfect for 2 separate familys who want to be close, as the upper unit was rented by my extended family too! The weather was perfect and location is convenient. The beds in each room were very comfy, as well as bedding and extra blankets. A truely perfect beach front rental with a great patio filled with plants and beach decor. Its a gem. Thank you for a carefree, relaxing stay Sherry!
