This long-time Sunriver family lodge has lots of history. Its decor reflects the several generations that have enjoyed the home over the years. Besides its charm - it is located nearly next door to the new, exciting SHARC facility with 10 unlimited passes for your enjoyment.

This home in the woods has an expansive Master Suite with king bed, sitting area, and sunlight bath on the main floor - along with an additional bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Of course, you will find a welcoming great room with wood burning fireplace with comfortable seating, dining and kitchen. In addition, there is a separate den with a sofa bed. This home provides a place for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with king bed, bunk room with four beds, and a full bath.

This home is pet-friendly.

We enjoyed are stay very much. The home was clean and had everything we need for a great weekend at mt. Bachelor! Can not wait for my next trip

We had 2 families staying at this house and it was very well suited. I especially appreciated the quick help I recieived when the fronrt door closed locking me outside without a key and left my poor dog inside a strange house. The immediate answer to this delimma was so appreciated. Loved having a fireplace and everything worked!!

Lookout 3 is a very spacious comfortable home, a 3-5 minute bike ride to the swimming pool complex and a 5-7 minute ride to Sun River Village. The 10 unlimited passes saved us money! We really enjoyed our stay.
